Yeah this is a hard sell. Everything is a little old. Check in lady was subpar, it was very rushed like we were in a hostel. Shower is ancient. There are far better options for cheaper than this. Had a much more comfortable stay at hyatt centric. We chose this one for 2 nights because we had little time and wanted to be closer but because we are actually not that close to admiralty station on JW marriott it ends up being mostly the same commute to central as from hyatt centric since that one is infront of the station. Not to mention it was nearly half the price. Not happy with this one. Only stay here if your main concern is to spend all day at pacific place.

It was my first visit to HK. The location of JW Marriott is excellent for tourist! Subway station and shopping mall are located in its basement level. Ferry terminal to TST is 15-min away. Food of the hotel restaurant was good. Employees were very kind. Rooms were clean. I strongly recomment the stay at JW Marriott!

직원들의 서비스는 정말 너무나 훌륭했습니다. 다만 객실 내에서 엘레베이터 소음이 굉장히 심한편이고 옆방 객실 소리가 들릴 정도로 방음이 좋지는 않습니다. 침구류는 편했지만 객실이 노후한 만큼 화장실은 사용감이 많은 편입니다.

편리한 교통, 쾌적한 시설, 편안한 응대, 그리고 불꽃놀이의 기억
애드미럴티역과 퍼시픽플레이스몰에 연결되어 있어 교통 이용 및 쇼핑에 매우 편리했습니다. 바로 앞에서 트램이나 버스를 이용하기에도 좋은 위치였습니다. 연식이 있는 호텔이지만 쾌적하게 관리되어 있었고 직원분들도 대단히 친절했습니다. 코너 하버뷰이긴 하지만 불꽃놀이를 방에서 관람할 수 있었던 것은 너무나 멋진 경험이었습니다.
