房間污糟邋遢,洗手間發霉,沖涼浴室及花灑頭發霉,電風筒壞,床單有污漬,窗簾布有塵及污漬,座椅有污漬,第一天check in 房內地板就有垃圾。電視有雪花,墻壁發霉,滲水積。房內冷氣不足,非常潮濕。個別接待check in職員態度不好!!

早朝にも関わらず、チェックインさせてくれて最高でした。ただ、洗面所に、前の方の空のペットボトルがあったり、少し隠れたとこに、掃除が甘い点はありました。 ただ、価格も含めると妥当で、総合的には、不満はないです。ありがとうございました。

イビス 香港 セントラル アンド シェンワンに滞在 清掃が大雑把で、ツイン(2人宿泊)なのに タオルが1枚しか新しい物になっていなかった。 歯ブラシも新しい物に変わっていない。 他の部分は、至って普通かな。

Extremely Friendly and pleasing staff. Efficient house keeping. Hotel close to the Sheung wan Metro station and Macau ferry. Airport public bus service close to the hotel. Cheaper than the Airport Expressway Enjoyable family stay.

Dear Scott,Thank you for your feedback.Our bed is a Simmons mattress and 7cm feather topper which serve our guests with a cozy sleep and meet the brand standard. To cater to guests’ preferences, we therefore offer additional toppers to make the bed softer for our guests. I apologise that the bedding was not suitable for you this time. Due to the government regulations on disposable plastic tableware & other plastic products and as part of Accor’s sustainability commitment, the Hotel will no longer place single-use amenities, such as bottled water, toothbrushes, cotton buds, etc. in rooms from 22 April 2024 (Monday) onwards. We invite you to join us in our sustainability efforts with simple actions such as traveling with reusable daily necessities and we kindly recommend utilizing the kettle provided in your room or refilling your bottles at the water dispenser located on the fifth floor. There's strong cooking smell in the corridor outside our room, we told the staff in the reception but there's no improvement. There was dust under the bed and around the border of the head board through out our stay. The reception acted defensively on our complaints rather than listened to us to get a resolution. The 'kettle' in the room worked intermittently while there's no supply of bottled water. Condition of the room was poor in that corner of the shower room was broken & looked mouldy, curtains in the bedroom was filthy & mouldy in places. Side table on one bed bad been ribbed off hence no place to put essentials like mobile handset etc I had always liked Ibis but this stay put me off booking this hotel again.

The team has investigated the case and despite the absence of cooking as the source of the smell, it was unfortunate that you still experienced an unpleasant odor in the corridor. I apologise for any discomfort it caused during your stay. Please accept my apology for the dust in the room and the cleanliness of the bathroom. Our Housekeeping Manager does ongoing checks and inspections of the rooms to ensure our cleanliness standards, however I am sorry if you were let down on this occasion.Regarding the malfunctioned kettle, please do not hesitate to contact our staff for assistance or to change it for you during your stay. To comply with upcoming government regulations and as part of Accor’s sustainability commitment, please understand that amenities such as bottles of water, shower caps, sanitary bags, etc. are no longer placed in rooms, however we are pleased to offer additional amenities at your request. You are also suggested to refill your bottles at the water dispenser located on 5/F so as to reduce the use of single-use plastics.Taking this opportunity, we wish to also share with you that there are ongoing repair works in all our rooms to ensure that our standards are met. May I share with you that we do have a renovated room from August last year for our guests to consider. Namely “MyRoom by Jennifer: My Residence / Queen Room”, the 17 sqm cozy room features a tasteful blend of soothing colors and soft lighting. The well-equipped amenities include USB charging ports, a window-side table, large storage space and more will make you feel right at home. At ibis, our goal is to provide great service and comfortable accommodation at a competitively low price. 交通方便,在機場坐A11在港澳碼頭下車,越過對面沿著電車路直走幾分鐘,跟著電車轉彎,看到Starbucks 就到了。離開時在剛剛轉彎位置旁你就有A11坐回機場,十分十分方便
