«Very nice, clean condo. Very convenient location. Overall we loved it but only suggestion would be to be more specific regarding trash disposal. Instructions were to remove trash before leaving but no direction on where to take it and there was no dumpster on site that we could find.»

«Everything about this stay was wonderful. The location was perfect. The unit was immaculate. You literally step out the front door to the pool and the back door leads to a great lanai and then you literally step from the screen door onto the beach. Restaurants, piers and shops were a short golf cart ride away (and the golf cart was there waiting for us through Zoom Around) when we arrived. And this condo is on the beach, just walk right out to the ocean. 2) View! The condo has the most beautiful view inside and out. «Great property! Spacious kitchen, living room and bedrooms. First time to A.M.I., and it was beautiful! Liked the proximity to the beach and beachfront pool, but wish the property had a pool bathroom on the lowest level. Definitely suggest to rent a golf cart to cruise around the island. Could walk or trolley but the golf cart was definitely more efficient.»

«This was our first time on Anna Maria Island and I am so glad we stayed at this condo. Gy was easy to work with, check-in was seamless. This condo is beautiful, right on the beach! It made it really easy to go back and forth from condo to beach with small children. Laundry in unit was a huge plus as well. Location was great. Close to restaurants/shops. «The condo was as advertised. Very clean, with what appeared to be new appliances. The bedding was nice and very comfortable. Beach chairs and towels were provided, which is nice. The pool and the srea it was first rate. The only negative thing was the failure of our A/C while we outf for the day and returning to a 85 degree condo. I contacted the property manager who promptly responded. When I reported our A/C issue, I was told it was too late to get a service person to fix the problem. I ...
