Does not accept foreign credit cards. Had to pay cash or else we would not get the room. There were several (3-4) live crickets in the room when we checked in. No hand soap. Bedhead was dirty and covered with handprints from previous guests (both adults and children). The floors were quite dirty too. It was not possible to close the bathroom door. AC unit was very, very loud. The only positive thing was the bed which was very comfortable.

I checked in and ten minutes later asked for another room or a refund and they would do neither nor even attempt to clean the room. I would never stay at a place where it was so bad my wife would not even use the restroom.

I was pleasantly surprised as the room was very clean. The bed is comfortable, it has a microwave, refrigerator, loveseat, and 52 inch TV. I definitely recommend will be staying here again.

Very reasonably priced for a clean well appointed room. Location is super for the Dog Run directly across the street and the excellent restaurant Bien Venidos right next door!

This hotel has been redone. It is very clean and rooms inside while more of a motel look, are modern and you’ll have all the conveniences you need. Good bed. Good black out shades. V close to the painted desert and petrified forest. Reasonable price. It is a good clean safe place to stay, you don’t need to pay more. Most hotels there in Holbrook are very similar so this has a good bang for your buck for same or better facilities. I’d recommend it if you’re visiting the park.

What a nice surprise! Not far from Interstate exit, but passed some run down or abandoned restaurants and commercial buildings and expansive fields on the mile or so drive. But, this motel was a gem. Clean, safe with security cameras all over, and guests who were vacationing retirees, tourists, families. Friendly helpful staff.

After reading others' positive review, I had a high expectation, only to find out it was not as clean as I would expect, with hair and stain on bedding, and shower was clogged as well. Breakfast was kind of poor.
