Fantastisk, med 2 minuser
Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Dette er andre gangen vi bor her. Ekstremt god service og veldig rene og store rom! Eneste minus er at bassenget har dårlige temperaturer, det ene er altfor varmt og det andre er altfor kaldt. Så vi fikk ikke brukt bassenget noe særlig.. Frokosten var også kjedelig. Ellers er veldig bra opphold og mye for pengene! Kommer gjerne igjen.

Flott hotell midt i sentrum
Fantastisk hotell midt i Ho Chi Minh sentrum. Vi var et kjærestepar her i juli, og var svært fornøyd med oppholdet. Fantastisk rom. Personalet kunne virke litt vimsete og forstod ikke alltid hva du sa/mente, men de var svært høflige.

Superfint, sentralt hotell. Anbefales!
Vi hadde et supert opphold på Silverland Sakyo hotell. Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt til, med restauranter, spa og nattklubber i nærområdet. Det er også gangavstand til Operaen og Time Square, men vi tok som regel taxi pga. varmen. Hotellet har en innbydende lobby, med livemusikk og gratis te hver formiddag. På taket er et super koselig lite basseng og roof-rop bar. Treningsapparatene er kun til pynt og var ikke noe særlig å bruke. Vi bestilte et rom som det stod hadde city-view, noe det ikke hadde. Vi klagde på det først rommet og fikk et nytt rom høyere opp. Der kunne man se taket på bygget vedsiden av og himmelen, så ikke veldig mye utsikt å skryte av. Alt i alt var vi veldig fornøyde både med renslighet, frokost, beliggenhet og betjeningen. Vi bestilte ferskpresset applesinjuice til frokosten hver dag og den var absolutt verdt pengene. P.S: Badekaret/dusjen er åpent i rommet, mens toalettet er bak en frostet glassdør som ikke går opp til taket, så man bør være ganske komfortable med hverandre om man skal bo her som et parr :-)

Supert hotell med fantastisk service og frokost
Jeg og min bedre halvdel starter vår bryllupsreise med å bo 3 netter på Sakyo før vi skulle reise videre. Vi ble møtt av et meget vennlig personal og fikk god informasjon om hotellet samt om områdene rundt. Vi ble tildelt et rom uten vinduer noe som var litt kjedelig, men vi skulle for det meste være ute og ikke inne på rommet. Rommet i seg selv var ryddig og rent, selv om det var litt spesielt og ha badekaret inne på soverommet. Sengen var god. Vi slet med å logge oss på wifi'en og det viste seg at det var en feil. Vi kontaktet resepsjonen og de lovet at det skulle være ordnet når vi kom tilbake fra turen i byen. Og det var det.. Frokosten var fantastisk! I løpet av hele oppholdet i Vietnam var frokosten på dette hotellet det beste vi hadde opplevd. Den var variert med alt fra typisk vestlig mat, til japansk og vietnamesisk. I tillegg var det noe nytt hver dag! Her fikk man mulighet til å prøve mye forskjellig slik at man slapp å gå på en smell når man skulle ut å spise senere. Beliggenheten til hotellet lå noe i utkanten av selve smørøyet, men for oss var dette perfekt da dette medførte mindre trafikk og tuting. Det tok oss maks 15 minutter å gå til "sentrum" hvor markedet lå. Ikke finn på å ta en taxi. Alt kan nås til fots og dette må man når man reiser til en slik destinasjon. Det er den eneste måten å oppleve atmosfæren og ikke minst trafikken ;) Forøvrig lå det mange meget gode restauranter bare et steinkast fra hotellet.

This is a great hotel and the staff are among the friendliest of any in the world. They allowed us to check in early, upgraded my room w/o me requesting it, and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for my partner’s birthday. I didn’t tell them. They just saw it on her passport so it was a welcome surprise.

The staff at this joint are absolutely 15/10.. attentive personalised service with glowing brilliant attitudes. Absolutely lovely! We were greeted by staff with some information about the area and allowed the check in early. The buffet breakfast daily and complimentary afternoon tea was perfect every time! The location is perfect too. Walking distance to all of the central attractions. Just stay here. You won't regret it.

Das Personal im Hotel war sehr aufmerksam, vom Check-In bis zum Frühstück. Leider ist aktuell sehr lauter Baulärm ab 08:00 morgens. Abends ist bis 22:00 der Pool auf dem Dach benutzbar, was man durch das Brummen im obersten Stockwerk hören kann. Wir hatten eine Kakerlake im Zimmer, nach Anruf kam sofort ein Mitarbeiter der half, diese einzufangen. Anschließend wurde uns ein anderes (Kategorie höher) Zimmer angeboten, welches wir aber aufgrund der Uhrzeit und einer letzten Nacht aber dankend abgelehnt hatten. Die “Reinigungsfunktion“ der Toilette hat nicht funktioniert (oder wir haben sie falsch bedient :)) Die Lage ist toll um diese wundervolle Stadt zu erkunden!

It is a smaller hotel, which I enjoyed. The staff is amazing! We got upgraded to Executive room, city view. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and afternoon tea time was a luxury. Would definitely stay here again.

Fab hotel in heart of the city.
Right in the heart of the action for a three night stay. The staff were the best on our 3 week trip, courtesy, knowledgeable and polite-nothing was too much trouble. Roof bar great but the stand out quality for us was afternoon tea. It costs so little to put on I would imagine but coming back after site seeing for a cuppa, cake and serenade by a local group is a fantastic touch!

Stayed for 4 nights with my girlfriend. We enjoyed the hotel immensely. The breakfast was the best I've had anywhere in a very long time. Everything is as advertised, and the location in the Japanese quarter is great. Our room was super quiet and we slept very well. The staff was super accommodating. Would very happily stay again, 10/10.

I'd stay again for sure.
I travel for work quite a lot and decided to give this Japanese style hotel a go and I'm glad I did. The Japanese style is all about attention to detail, efficiency and service so it was a great stay. The little roof bar and pool is cool, and the complimentary snacks and drink on arrival just makes you feel good. Nice work guys. The use of the word gym is a bit of a stretch with a running machine and a handful of weights outside on the roof but i say flag the gym as it's too hot anyway so sit at the bar and have a drink. Cheers!
