Excellent hotel in Ho Ch Minh
Very nice stay at Rex Hotel. Location is excellent right in the center of Ho Chi Minh. Elegant hotel builded in 1920 and well kept. Best rooms are in the West Wing. Rooftop bar is a brilliant place to take a drink in the evening before going to dinner

Beste hotell i Saigon !
Bodde 4 netter på Rex og må si at jeg ble positivt overrasket . Alt fra innsjekk til utsjekk var utmerket. WIFI var supert , swimmingpool litt lite men stort nok og for å ikke glemme frokosten som var helt suveren. Sjelden jeg bruker slike superlativer men REX fortjener det.. Hotellet er gammelt (1927) men likevel nytt. Utfluktene de hjalp meg med gjorde mitt opphold helt fantastisk !

Støy fra korridor, andre rom og spesielt musikk arrangementer gjorde det til tider umulig å oppholde seg på rommet. Executive lounge minnet til tider om et lekerom for udisiplinerte småbarn. Expedia's Gold tilleggsrabatter fungerte ikke.

There is only one Rex Hotel.
Rex is a classic 5* hotel situated in the center of HCMC or Saigon as everybody say. Super rooms, super staff and super food. And not to forget the rooftop bar. A natural place to round up your day.

Sentral beliggenhet og hyggelig personale
Fint og klassisk hotell, veldig sentralt, ligger i kjernen av byen distrikt 1, 5 - 10 minutters gange til store og moderne shoppingsentre. Det er live musikk hverdag til kl 23 på takterrassen. Litt minus at bassengområdet ikke er så stort, veldig hyggelig og god service. Koselig frokostpakken med mange gode retter hverdag

Spennende historisk hotell.
Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt. Historien til hotellet ligger i veggene, også i form av historiske bilder. Takterassen byr på spektakulert utsyn om kvelden. Pågår noe byggearbeider på nabotomten, men merket ikke noe til det. God frokost, høflig og imøtekommende betjening Badet på rommet vårt kunne med fordel vært pusset opp. Bor der gjerne igjen.

This is a wonderful iconic hotel in HCMC. The staff are so helpful and pleasant which made our stay so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and confidently recommend this hotel. Also, the buffet breakfast and rooftop bar are great.

レックススイートを予約し宿泊したが、部屋の詳細内容と写真は、全く信用出来ない。とにかく全ての設備が古い。 詳細にシティービューの記載があるが、実際は中庭ビューで窓が信じられないくらい小さい。窓を空けると鳩が一杯で臭い。 バスタブも無くシャワールーム（写真ではバスタブあり）のみ。シャワールームからは、水漏れが多くトイレ廻りがびしょびしょになる。シャワーの水圧は、かなり弱い。 テラスも無い（写真ではテラスあり）。 テレビもベッドルームにあり、リビングからは一応見えるが、超見にくい。 掃除も行き届いていない。床の清掃は無く、シーツの交換もない。５泊したが、ただシーツを元に戻しただけ。 備え付けのコーヒーカップを使用したが、洗わずに元あった場所に交換したかの様に置かれていた。 アメニティーも日によって補充されたり、されなかったり。 ホテルのルーフバーに行ってみたが、披露宴へやっていて別のルーフバーがあると案内された。座ると何もビューが見えず、フェンス際に立つと外が見えるが、となりの壁しか見えない。 極めつけは部屋清掃の後、部屋が開けっ放しになっていた。マジ最悪。 全く、おすすめ出来ないホテル。 ただ、場所は良い。

ドンコイ通り沿い、オペラハウスの近隣にあるホテルで立地は最高です。シャネル、ルブタン等の店舗も入ってます。Grabを使う、使わない距離に中央郵便局や聖マリア教会があります。スタッフ、ドアマンの気遣いは高いと感じました。特にチェックアウト後の観光、スーツケース受け取り時に汗をかいたので着替えを相談したところ、5F プールのロッカー、シャワーをお借りできました。35℃前後での観光であり、着替えができリフレッシュしてフライトに入れたのは嬉しかったです。

Great hotel at a noisy street
Great hotel in the center of Saigon. Very good and friendly service. The only problem is that the street under the hotel is so noisy until late night.

A "5" star hotel ?!?!?! Never come back!
This is not a 5 star hotel. Max 4 star. Hard bed. Hotels.com and hotel took all payments in advance, but did not inform you about that.
