The accommodations were exceptional; we opted for the Junior Suite, which offered ample space and excellent amenities. The private check-in/check-out service provided by the friendly and professional staff added a personal touch. Room service exceeded expectations with prompt and efficient delivery.
The only drawbacks were the TV, which exhibited a bit of lag and lacked Netflix (or we couldn't locate it).
Our breakfast experience on the 14th floor didn't quite meet the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. The coffee, in particular, fell short, which seemed surprising considering Vietnam's renowned coffee culture.
While the food was good, the service was notably slow. Despite ordering three items, only two arrived, and after waiting for the third for 45 minutes, we decided to leave to attend other activities.
On a positive note, the rooftop bar was a standout feature. With its impressive drinks, attentive service, and stunning views, we highly recommend enjoying a drink there in the evening.
In summary, it's a splendid property deserving of its 5-star rating. However, for breakfast or coffee, exploring the nearby cafes and restaurants might be a worthwhile alternative.
