値段とお手頃、何処に行くにも大変便利な場所でした。施設内も部屋も清潔、朝食ビュッフェもクオリティが高く、ととも美味しかったです。セイフティボックスの使い方が分からず、フロントに連絡、直ぐに来てくれて対処してくれました。係の人が戻ったあと、自分達だけで再びつかおとしたら、またまたダメ。フロントに連絡したら、嫌な顔ひとつせず、直ぐ駆けつけてくれ、あばさん達に丁寧に教えてくれました。スタッフの皆さん、本当に親切で優しかったです。敢えて欠点をあげるとすれば、場所が良すぎて、夜中過ぎまで前の通りに人々が絶えず、少し賑やか過ぎた事くらいでした。次回ホーチミンに行く機会があったら、再度、宿泊したいと思いました。

Location was great, next to Saigon Centre (mall) and walking distance to shopping areas within district 1. However, opposite hotel was quite a number of nightspots and the noise will filter through to the room, especially on weekends up to wee hours of the morning. Sound insulation of the hotel was poor.

初めて泊まりました。お部屋はいちばん格安のお部屋ですが、室内はとても広く、清潔で快適に過ごす事ができました。 ホテルの周辺には歩いてすぐに行ける距離に高島屋があり、日系のコンビニもあるので本当に便利です。空港からもタクシーで30分圏内で、無料の朝食ビュッフェも付いているので初めてベトナムを訪れる日本人の方にもとてもおすすめです! 今度は違うお部屋に滞在してみたいです。

The staff here are amazing. Always helpful and smiling. You cannot best this location (is so central that everything is a walk away). The room on point too. Breakfast was nice. I don't eat pork so I requested they clean the frying pan and utensils, they were happy to oblige. Made my stay great. Thank you.

Beautiful Property
We were supposed to spend two nights at this lovely hotel to conclude our honeymoon in Vietnam, but Visa issues delayed our arrival and we were only able to enjoy one night. A lovely surprise awaited us, the hotel staff had decorated our room in celebration!

Modern, clean and spacious rooms. Staff were attentive, responsive and professional. Located in District 1 and walkable to many sights. Abundance of food options. It can get a little noisy at night. Bunny bar and Snug Pub located across the street are not family friendly. We used this hotel as a base for day trips to Vung Tau and the Mekong Delta. Received a free upgrade for one night. I would stay here again, but request a quiet room.

Too noisy area
The noise from the night clubs close by are too high and you can hear the bass until 5AM every day. Not just weekends. Also the walls and doors are so thin you can hear your neighbors and people talking on the hallway very easily. The sun will also go through the poorly made curtains to reach the bed from 6AM. All in all it is hard to get a good night sleep here. It is located nicely in the center though and the service from the staff is very good. Breakfast is so-so.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Staff were excellent. Lots of dining options within walking distance. The room lacked a wardrobe for hanging my clothes, and it can be noisy at night due to the pubs and bars nearby.

Sound proof in the room need to improve.
Hotel location is good but the sound proof in the room is bad. The window is not sound insulation that can't prevent the rowdy sound at night where the location is on the commercial street.

This property is average, for the same money are better places to stay, the place is not bad but nothing wow and the staff is judgmental, they think I don’t understand Vietnamese and called me “uncle” when they saw my date of birth, the room bathroom and shower are not separate and feels like a box, I didn’t receive any of my perks for being gold memeber, good was only for one night

Home away from Home!
I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, the amenities were superb, and the food was delicious. The hotel was also close to many attractions and shopping areas. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and I can’t wait to come back again. This hotel was amazing. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, the facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the views were stunning. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. This hotel was the highlight of my trip and I highly recommend it.
