The check-in staff BS too much. She told me she upgrades my room when I told her I am an Expedia VIP customer. But truthfully she didn't do a thing. I booked 2 Deluxe room and I got exactly what I booked. I don't mind or care, but what bothers me is that she acted like she is giving me a favor when she didn't do anything.

As I stated in an earlier review, I was denied for my breakfast to go box- as I had an unexpected minor hand surgery which required me to fast; the breakfast I had paid for- not an extra benefit from the hotel! However, after my review was sent, the breakfast staff treated my husband and I extremely nice on the following day. We appreciated efforts from Ms. Barbara Tran, My Điep and her staff who were all very helpful and super nice. Yet, we didn’t receive any formal apology from hotel restaurant.
