«Phil, the host, thought of everything! The check in process was seamless, the house was immaculate and looked exactly like the pictures. My family and I had a great time playing in the pool-the kids didn’t want to go to sleep! The only thing I would recommend is a 3pm check in instead of 4 and an 11:00 check out instead of 10. The extra hour on each would be very helpful!»

«The cottage was a perfect getaway for two adults and a rambunctious springer spaniel! The large yard was an excellent long line area (the property is not fully fenced so be prepared for that). We even had deer visit at dusk and dawn. The cottage had everything you may need and everything your probably forgot to pack!»

«The home was a great property with plenty of room/bathrooms. I enjoyed baking for my Army sons while we visited together in the nice big kitchen. Only issues we encountered were another tenant parking in what should have been our space occasionally and the temperature was quite warm when we arrived and took several hours to get down to comfortable but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!»

«We rented the house for the weekend of the Augusta 70.3 Race. House was clean and each bedroom had it's own private bath. The large garage to store bikes and gear was a huge plus. Communication was great. We will definitely stay again.»

«The place was great. The little amenities were a life saver. Well stocked. Had several spices & things in pantry that would be great if you plan on cooking. Super close to the hospital where my MIL was having surgery which was the reason for our stay. The only downside would be the area, but honestly everything around there seemed to be a little sketch so no fault of the owners. We never had any trouble, but there was an incident that happened close by on our way back from hospital. Nobody ever ...
