Små irritasjonsmoment
Jeg mottok en oppgradering til suite, pga minibar og søvn. Dette satte jeg stor pris på. Ved innsjekk hadde ikke resepsjonisten fullt fokus på meg, men småsnakket med kollegaer i nærheten underveis. Jeg fant lange sorte hår inni håndklærne mine, og dette synes jeg er veldig ekkelt. Medførte at flere håndduker ble kastet ubrukt på gulvet. Volumet på musikk i heis, frokostområde og gym var for høyt - og ble slitsomt. Bortsett fra dette, var hotellet veldig bra.

Utmerket på Grand Central!
Jeg hadde et glimrende opphold på Scandic Grand Central i Helsinki. Romslig rom, stille og rolig, rent og en utmerket frokost. Eneste minus var at vinduene ikke gikk å åpne opp, men heldigvis ble det ikke "tett luft" i værelset, så AC fungerte bra. Men, jeg skulle gjerne hatt en instruks for justering av temperaturen på AC, da jeg foretrekker rommet kaldere enn 20*C om natten.

Usually we get lot of compliments for the breakfast, but maybe it was the last hour (rush hour), and this is the reason you did not enjoy the experience. Spacious superior room with handy location
Our superior room was very spacious and had a window to the inner courtyard making it a very quiet stay. The location was perfect, close to the main railway station making it easy to take a train to/from airport. The breakfast was nice but a tad chaotic on some mornings.

Topp hotell i Helsinki sentrum.
Flott, nytt og digert hotell midt i Helsinki. Ganske omstendelig innsjekk som gjorde at vi måtte vente en god stund på vår tur. Ellers hadde vi et bra opphold, og kommer gjerne tilbake til dette hotellet.

The service at reception desk at checkout was terrble. The clerk refused to give me a receipt fór my stay because I had prepaid. So I cannot submit a travel claim with a receipt. No slippers in the room. The hotel said I had to buy one. Breakfast was mediocre. Lot of food but some items missing. No facility for eggs to order. Only greek yoghurt available. Whole place was very impersonal. The only good thing is location

Very nice historical building renovated well for hotel. Easy access to all of Helsinki center and train, bus, tram travel. Excellent breakfast.

中央駅に隣接していて立地がよいので、徒歩で市内観光ができます。 部屋はレトロな雰囲気で落ち着きます。 セットで付いていた朝食は、品数豊富で美味しく満足しました。 難点はエントランスに階段があり、ポーターがいないため、重いスーツケースを運ぶのが大変だったことくらいです。

1人だったので治安がよく駅近のアクセスいいエリアで探しました。 VR、バス、トラム全て徒歩5分以内なのでどこへ行くにもアクセスが良く、夜遅くなっても人通りが多いので安心でした。 ホテルの部屋も清潔で朝食も美味しかったです。

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds and lovely big shower rooms. Good wardrobe space and plenty of pillows. The location is brilliant, it's literally next door to the station and from this point everything is easy to find. Despite being next to the station we didn't really hear the trains, the odd rumble but nothing that would affect sleep. We also couldn't hear the bus station outside either as our room was at the front of the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and explained everything really well. Excellent breakfast selection and plenty of it. I also used the sauna which was delightful after a long day walking round the city. Also beautifully clean and well presented. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Only one thing was missing. No kettle or tea and coffee in the room.

Beautiful, unique property connected to the train station which has views into and around the train station. Very convenient location to trains coming to and from the airport, etc. and walking distance to the major sights and shopping area in Helsinki. Amazing breakfast!! So many fresh, delicious choices. Nice bar with a small dinner menu and an upscale restaurant. Very helpful people in reception who can give guidance on local sights and directions. I hope to have the chance to return to Helsinki and stay at Scandic Grand Central.

Beautifully renovated building with great history and well preserved charm with a modern upgraded tone Location is central as the name states, located at the train station Building is from 1909 I think and build quality is massive so you will not feel or hear trains or the train station A beautiful place

It was just like a part of the central station. We arrived at the central station and it just next to the platform, what an amazing place especially convenient for rainy day which is arrival time. It’s so warm, staff are so nice, ie the reception and the restaurant. I enjoyed the gym, it’s totally fit for me to maintain the training routine. And we really loved the breakfast, everything is very delicious, all kinds of eggs, the bacon, the breads, the chia pudding, etc. We can store our luggages for all day long, and we could stay at the hotel lobby for our late late Santa Claus Express. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone, especially for those who needs a convenient transportation.
