You have made the booking through online travel agency and when you have made the booking, you have accepted their reservation policy. As the booking is not made through us directly, our hands are sealed and we can't make any changes to the booking. Therefore you were recommended to be in contact with the online travel agency to make the date change but unfortunately free cancellation period was closed already.
