«Couldn’t have had a better experience staying in the tree house. The views in route to the house are stunning. The view at the home is beautiful! Enjoyed every minute. The owners were super accommodating and have everything you could possibly need while staying in their home. We listened to the directions regarding downloading as you lose service and that made a huge difference. Again, absolutely loved this home!»

If you need quick access to Carmel, Monterey etc it could be too far BUT if you have the time for a nice drive each way it’s totally worth it. Host was very helpful and responsive. «Location is very beautiful and the cabin is very comfy. The 2-2.5 mile drive up is very manageable in dry conditions. However, it rained while we were there, and the mud was quite slippery going up or down. We had AWD, but it was still was difficult at times.»

«This is really a great spot. Home is great and location is amazing. Cannot wait to come back in the summer. Only thing that wasn’t perfect: there isn’t a door between the master bed and bath. Maybe a heavy curtain or something across? But honestly, we would move here if we could afford it! Oh and for those with neck/back issues, I always try to give bed ratings as I’ve had multiple back surgeries. Master bed is great! No hesitation to stay longer. And the town is cool as well. «Don't pay extra to have the pool heated! We did and they never heated it. There wasn't even water going into the pool so I'm not sure the pool is ever heated. They also wouldn't refund us for the money we spent "heating" the pool or answer my messages about it while I was there. And the pool cover was broken and took up an extra two feet of the pool. The pool's one of the biggest draws of this property, so just a heads up.»
