my sister and I stayed here for a few days and it was within walking distance of everything we could need and want. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was super nice and comfortable..

The hotel located at the old street with just 7 mins walk to the night market. Walking distance to nearby local street food, restaurant and also the ho kiem lake. Even located in the busy street, but the hotel is surprisingly quiet where i stay at 2nd floor. Serve good breakfast with omelette, pho, fruit, bread, light salad, and few dishes that different in everyday. Clean hotel with everyday room cleaning services.

Nice and comfortable room, good location
We had a larger room with a balcony. Loved to have an "extra" room and to see the life outside. The between the balcony and room is only glass, so you can hear the traffic quite well. We are heavy sleepers, so it didn't bother us. Fun background noise. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Never had a problem with hot water or water pressure. The breakfast is at an other hotel, 2min. walk away; standard variety with some hot and cold food, and eggs to order. I would stay again.

Hotel is average (spatious and quiet clean) but well located in Hanoi’s old quarter. However, we don’t know if it’s an isolated case but we found a cockroach in the bathroom at night.

The hotel has an airport service for 300,000 dongs. The driver was extremely rude. Better order a GRAB that is around the same price

I arrived at the hotel around 1:30am. There was a woman who can not speak English and terrible registration and wrong wi-fi connection info,. The room is not fancy at all. It looks miserable as a boutique hotel. No sense, no hospitality hotel.

Great location, awesome staff - they made us up a breakfast to go when they found out we were checking out prior to the start of their breakfast. The staff also book us an airport transfer at the same price as Grab and then helped retrieve a forgotten bag from the same taxi! The balcony was huge, wished we had more time there!

We stayed here for several days while visiting Hanoi and loved this hotel! It was centrally located and an easy walk to all major attractions. The hotel room was comfortable and clean and the daily breakfast was delicious and had a ton of food options. The staff was the true standout - everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Good location . Staff were very friendly and went the extra mile. The taxi didn’t turn up to collect us and they undercut the Grab we got on the way back. Room was a bit shabby but bed comfortable and you could hear people in the bath room next door. The breakfast is at another restaurant and was a nice addition. Good base but not luxury.

We wanted a true, authentic, old town experience where we could walk and enjoy the area. We wanted a balcony and city watch, while requiring above average standards. The hotel exceeded our expectations and then after check out, I realized I left my jacket in the closet, and the front office manager communicated with me, and went over and above to send me my jacket to Saigon. This gesture has renewed my faith in humanity! This woman demonstrated the true spirit of hospitality, professionalism, and compassion. I am so grateful for her leadership!!

A mixup over the bed selection, a single king size was provided when two twins were requested, was the only negative of the experience. The location is fantastic with easy access to major landmarks and the desk staff were helpful and spoke English well.

The shower was hard to get the temperature right and our room window looked out into the hallway and was open so it felt a little insecure. When we closed the window they opened it again. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful but in a different hotel around the corner. Overall very good value.

Dedicated staff, and very welcoming. The hotel is in the center of Hanoi, close to everything. The room was very clean, with very good air con, easy to regulate.

Location was central in old quarter area, we walked abt 5-10mins to most tourist attractions and local food places. the staffs were very helpful and responsive. we were able to secure and stay in a room for few hours after returning from halong bay before our overnight train to hue in the evening.

Had a few nights in the Lotus Boutique hotel. I was really enjoying at there. All of the things have been managed very well. The manager guy is handsome, gentle, thoughtful, and exquisite. The reception girls are really cute and the bellmen are dynamic. The type of furniture is classic and nice design. Will go back soon.
