Shuttle ripoff!
Big and clean room with two beds, comfortable beds and nice view. Shuttlebus to airport is a complete ripoff, just be prepared to pay 10 USD pr person for a 3 km trip!!! Taxi cost normally between 7 to max 10 USD. So go for the taxi option which is far more flexible and much cheaper!

The swimming pool and the jacuzzi are with cold water, they should take care of that because the hotel it’s convenient with a good location for the tourists, breakfast ia good and nice restaurant with a great waterfall

Nice place but almost everyone is rude in reception. Nobody has the courtesy to greet. The restaurant is worse only one employee name Mario is super nice in the restaurant area

The place was extremely nice. The only thing that we didn’t like was there were no plug ins by the beds. Unable to plug in our c paps.

My wife and I have been using this hotel for about 10 years and I think it is time to find a new place. Have never been treated so poorly as we did this time. A new person at the desk needs a course in how to treat regular customers.
