Bra hotell men maten kunne vært betre!
Bra hotell og maten var grei nok. Ikke imponert med maten servert på hotell. Det var bra vi bestilte halvpensjon og ikke all-inklusive. Syns at maten utenfør hotell var mye betre. Hotell har bra beliggenhet og nær til butikker og restauranter. Rommet var fin med god seng og fin balkong.

Hyggelig hotell nær strand og sentrum.
Veldig fint hotell og vennlig personalet. Hotellet var rent, godt utstyrt og rommet var veldig bra. Hotellet bærer nok noe preg av å være gammelt. Heisene er ikke det mest moderne og er ganske trange. Super hyggelig personalet, men kan til tider rote seg i egne rutiner med bestillinger noe som kan bli frustrerende. Minisafe på rommet skal ikke koste ekstra penger. 21 euro for skatter og avgifter pluss 21 euro for minisafe ble en dårlig start på ferien. Mye bedre at sånne utgifter legges til rompris enn legges på separat. Ellers fornøyd med oppholdet.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit Top-freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht! Gute Struktur und Ablauf im Restaurant. Das Essen war von der Menge an Auswahl überschaubar aber dafür hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Wer etwas Ruhe haben will, der nutzt den Außen- oder Innenpool im Nebengebäude. Der Stand ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar ebenso wie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Old Town Rethymno in ca 20 - 25 Minuten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Vi hade jättefina dagar på Theartemis Palace i Rethymno. Perfekt läge nära havet och strandpromenaden och närhet till staden. Lugnt och skönt på hotellet. Highly recommended!
Wonderful, modern hotel. Friendly staff, got a room upgrade which was greatly appreciated. The buffet was also great with loads of choices and couldn't fault. Facilities were everything I needed. Pool (which looks beautiful at night like a star lit sky), gym, spa, comfortable seating throughout the hotel, great balcony overlooking the pool, close to the beach and about a 20 minute walk to the old town

Superbe hôtel avec un personnel adorable. Très bien situé car à 2 minutes de la plage et 10 min de la vielle ville de Rethymno le tout à pied. Très propre, Seul bémol si vous avez une chambre qui donne sur le boulevard, c’est bruyant.

Very comfortable room. Half board food hit or miss but usually enough decent options. Alcoholic drinks a little pricey. Most of the staff very friendly and professional. Walk to Rethymno town center 15 to 20 minutes.

A good stay!
We had a good stay at this hotel. We booked a superior room, the bathroom was refurbished. The room seemed fairly small compared to other hotels we have stayed in. The best rooms are the pool view as there is a busy road at the back of the hotel so you can experience lots of traffic noise. Breakfast is good and generally we found our stay good value for money. We dined in the old town every night approx 20 mins walk away which is beautiful.

What an absolute wonderful stay at the Theartemis Palace - Such lovely staff through out the building - especially Marianna/Sofia who was working the pool side most days - Nothing was ever a problem and she was incredibly friendly. Beautiful comfortable rooms - Lovely view of the Pool which I was so kindly given on arrival. Being a single traveller it was so nice to accommodated for. Lovely quiet pool - perfect for relaxing by and soaking those rays. Also Perfect location - 15mins from the old town which is a lovely walk with all kinds of restaurants along the way and 3min walk to the beach. I will definitely be back at some point to this gorgeous hotel.

Lovely 5 nights!
We had a lovely stay here! The staff are super friendly and very accommodating! I’m vegan and the staff gave me a selection of vegan meat, almond milk and cheeses for breakfast in addition to the buffet which was very kind! The room had a few flaws such as a broken lamp that had the cord taped back together, when we mentioned it wasn’t working they fixed the plug instead of swapping the lamp which was a bit of a safety concern for us. The room we stayed in was a bit loud at times but still a lovely room! I’d recommend paying more for the pool view as we had partial sea view but was a little loud sometimes from the street. Overall a wonderful stay and would stay again!

The best stay in Crete!
Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Visited to celebrate a birthday and Theartemis went above and beyond for us from being greeted with champagne and refreshments to a decorated room filled with balloons and a personalised big birthday cake! The food was lovely and had a good variety for our buffet breakfast and dinner which i was very pleased with. The service was spectacular, really was the best part of the 3 places we stayed in Crete Theartemis was definitely the best! Special thanks to the manager Eleni i believe her name was who also greeted us on arrival and checked with us throughout our stay. This was an amazing memorable stay and hope to come baxk soon! :) thank you Theartemis!

Très bon séjour
Très bon séjour d’une semaine en demi pension. Chambre confortable avec balcon vue piscine. Bon Insonorisation. Hôtel très propre et récent. Agréable piscine. Great experience
The room and the hotel are excellent. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The proposed activities are various. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever seen,with so many different options. The pool area is huge and no problem finding an available sunbed. Sometimes the wait to get your drink order by the pool is a bit long, but all in all a great experience.

Hotel bardzo ładny, wysoki standard, czysty i nowoczesny. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma. Blisko do plaży i centrum. W okolicy sklepy i bary. Z parkowaniem nie było problemu w kwietniu.

Ideal location, walkable to old town, 100m to beach. Beautiful interior, spotlessly clean, comfortable room, excellent food, wonderful staff. Entertainment on alternate evenings. Only drawback is, as a city hotel, outdoor space is limited so the pool area and sunbeds are in shade for some of the day.

Séjour quasiment parfait !
Séjour quasiment parfait. Personnel aimable, attentif et aux petits soins. Confort général de l'hôtel et de la chambre excellents, je vous recommande vivement de choisir une chambre avec jacuzzi privatif. Seul petit bémol, le jacuzzi n'était pas fonctionnel le jour de notre arrivée, la réception nous a changé de chambre dans l'heure qui a suivi. Bravo !
