We just got back from Crete. The Royal Belvedere Resort offers various pools, dining and recreation options for couples and families. We really went for the Olympic 50 meter swimming pool. We swim laps and this was a challenge as our regular pool is 25 meters. Also we went a little off season. Food was good and plenty of it. We also took a taxi to the Old Hersonissos village and walked back. My wife had a great time shopping by the beach area shops. We will go back.

Family vacation with 2 adults and 3 children (ages 2, 6 and 9). We had a blast. Great pool area for kids. A lot of restaurants at the hotel. Clean and maintained. Highly recommended for families.

Fint stort hotel til poolhygge og afslapning
Fint hotel med de forventede faciliteter. Ikke alt er nyt, men en stand der fint lever op til billederne. Værelset er i en fin stand og rent. Køkkenet kan godt trænge til en højere kvalitet, men udvalget af retter gør det attraktivt for de fleste. Vær opmærksom på at hotellet er bygget på en skråning, hvorfor det absolut ikke er for dårligt gående, med utrolig mange trapper i udendørsområderne. Adgang til havet og stranden er yderst sparsom, og er ikke værd at satse på. Er du til at ligge ved poolen og nyde all inclusive på hotellet, er hotellet helt oplagt til det.

Hotellet man skal besøge, hvis man er på Kreta
Vi tilbragte en helt fantastisk uge på dette hotel. Faciliteterne var gode og den service de ydede på hotellet var også i topklasse. Vi blev fulgt hen til vores værelse, imens vi fik en lille rundvisning af det meget store hotel. Man fik også et stykke papir med et kort over hotellet samt en kort beskrivelse af hotellet, de mange muligheder og restauranterne. Restauranterne var gode og serverede meget varieret mad, og tjenerne var hurtige og venlige. Underholdningen og aktiviteterne på hotellet var også varieret og fantastiske. De havde en gruppe unge mennesker, som sørget for god underholdning både i løbet af dagen, men især også om aftenen. Vi blev både underholdt med sjove sketches, game nights og “musicals”. Vores værelse var også helt fantastisk. Det var både rent, stort og moderne med god aircondition. Og vi havde også den hyggeligste lille balkon, hvorfra vi havde udsigt til både bjerge og havet. Så smukt! Hersonissos by er kun en kort 30 minutters gåtur derfra og man går langs havet, så man har den smukkeste udsigt imens. Alt i alt et fantastisk ophold! Ville klart anbefale det til alle jeg kender. Jeg er også allerede klar til at booke en tur til næste år.

Wouldn’t stay again
I wouldn’t recommend families staying in this hotel, the hotel is extremely hilly with no shuttle or bus services with could easily be set up you need to be a extremely fit to get around, The all inclusive food was bang average 100% will not be recommending this hotel to others

Positive: Location, Restaurant with International food all-inclusive with good quality for about thousand people (every day/every hour/every drink/food), Entertainment not annoying. Neutral: Rooms "to refresh", clearing common areas, location without convention with beach, reception (confusion and not coordinate). Negative: clearing room (very surface and change towels only) and run every morning for occuped sunbed near pools (before 7.00 am): in August.

À notre arrivé il n'y avait pas de chambre disponible pour nous mais ils nous ont emmener dans un autre hôtel pour 1 nuit et après nous sommes revenus sur cette hôtel. C'était le seul problème que nous avons eu. L'hôtel est très grand et de qualité et le personnel est très agréable. Très bon hôtel je le conseille.

So much to do here and walking distance to the beach. We only stayed for a night, but we were pleasantly surprised with all the activities and entertainment they offered. We wished that we were staying longer.

The property is really nice! They have lots of snack bars and a few restaurants on site if you don’t want to leave but it’s also really close to the boulevard which has tons of bars and restaurants. It’s also nice that it’s walking distance to the beach. I would definitely stay there again!

Hotel molto grande con molti servizi, buono il ristorante l'animazione e le piscine, la pulizia delle camere è stata terribile a mio avviso veniva rifatto solo il letto, cambio asciugamani e non veniva cambiato neppure il sapone in dotazione una volta terminato, solo su richiesta.

Είχα πάει και πέρυσι στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο τρεις φορές φέτος πίστεψα ότι άλλαξαν διευθυντή ο διευθυντής μάλλον είχε οίστρο φέτος έμπνευση όπως θέλετε πέστε το γιατί παρουσίασε ένα τελείως διαφορετικό ξενοδοχείο από το προσωπικό πιο ευγενικό η καθαριότητα πολύ καλή η ρεσεψιόν ευδιάθετη και εξυπηρετική ευχαριστούμε την κυρία Εύα στο εστιατόριο Ο μαιτρ κύριος Κώστας ήταν μαγικός εξυπηρετικός και πάντα ευχάριστος ευχαριστούμε τη διεύθυνση το προσωπικό και γενικά το ξενοδοχείο για τις υπέροχες διακοπές που μας χάρισαν

What an amazing holiday we had here last week. The hotel is stunning with fantastic pools and facilities. The food is 5 star and the staff work so hard. The cleaning lady Maria was also a joy to meet as were the animation team. Lovely people who made our stay one of the best all inclusives we’ve been to. Highly recommended!

It was a really good property for an all-inclusive holiday. Establishment was big and plenty of pools and areas to try out.

Personnel peu sympatique hormis les nettoyeuses de chambre. Chambre petite mais bonne literie et belle salle de bains. La nourrriture était quelquonque du petit déjeuner au diner. Cet hotel est plein d escaliers dans tous les sens. Il y a 2 restaurants mais on ne nous dit pas qu'il y en a un pour bracelets noirs et un pour bracelets bleus. selon où vous êtes vous devez remonter et redescendre des escaliers pour aller au restaurant. Les piscines sont salées. La plage est publique il faut payer des transats et le bar mais on ne nous en dit pas le tarif. Les points positifs sont le frigo et le café et des bouteilles d eau dans la chambre et une veilleuse a la salle de bains pour la nuit.

pour la chambre rein n a redire propre par contre les parties communes [ escalier jamais fait en une semaine | coté restauration avec les bracelets bleu c est un peu la cantine la plus part des plats sont froid la seule solution c et quand les serveurs amènent de se jeter dessus (ce que font les gens). Je reste un peu sur a faim car je pensais découvrir des plats typiques , hormis une moussaka et de la féta en fromage, je n'ai rien trouvé d'extraordinaire. Côté bar les sodas(aspartham) et les alcools coupés à l'eau on ne risque pas grand chose. Quant aux belles piscines (la piscine d'en haut avec les jets d'eaux) remplie d'algues au fond et les parois. Au bout de 6 jours ils se sont décidés à la nettoyer(vite fait bien fait). Un soir en descendant en ville nous sommes passés devant la piscine olympique, il y avait le camion benne de l'hotel qui ramassait les déchets. A notre retour le camion n'y était plus à la place il y avait une énorme tache d'huile qui n'a jamais été enlevée car nous sommes repassés 2 jours après la tâche était toujours là. Question personnel rien à dire, serviable et avenant. Quand on voit que des clients consomment à tout va, allongés sur les transats et ne sont même pas fichus de jeter leur gobelet à la poubelle, tout traine par terre. Je veux bien que l'on soit dans un hôtel mais il faut respecter le personnel qui fait tout pour que ce lieu soit convivial; Conclusion, personnellement l'impérial belvédere n'est pas au niveau d'un quatre étoiles.

Overall we had a fantastic time! The spa ladies were fantastic and we highly recommend a deep tissue massage and hydra facial. The animation team never failed to put a smile on our faces and more often than not got us involved in the activities to hand. The food could not be faulted but a very limited choice but what do you expect for an all inclusive, we chose to eat out a couple of nights to break it up. The guys who arranged our scuba diving trip within the hotel were absolutely fantastic, a brilliant day and great people! A special thanks to Cedric and Ryan!

סיכום הביקורות ב-Google הביקורות לא מאומתות 4.3 טוב מאוד 2,832 ביקורות חדרים 3.3 מיקום 4.4 שירות 3.7 משפחות 4.0 זוגות 4.0 יחידים 4.0 Google לא מאמתת ביקורות שפורסמו באתרי נסיעות אחרים. כדי לעיין במדיניות הרלוונטית בנושא כתיבת ביקורות, אפשר לבקר באתר המקורי שהביקורת פורסמה בו. ביקורות חיפוש ביקורות נושאים שאנשים מזכירים לעיתים קרובות Aviel cohen 3/5 לפני יום באתר Google בהזמנה ביקשנו עריסה לתינוק ושנגיע בסביבות 23:00, ציפינו שבחדר כבר תהיה עריסה ולא היתה. קיבלנו חדר משפחה קטן ודחוס, בקושי שהיו מקומות אחסון בארונות (הרוב היה תליה ולא היו מדפים). המרפסת היתה ענקית אך צמודה למסדרון ושמענו כל רעש משם. החדר לא היה הכי נקי שיש וגם לא ניקו את הרצפה למרות שהיתה מלוכלכת בעיקר משיער. האוכל בארוחות הבוקר היה זהה ב 97% כל יום, היה סביר. ארוחת הצהריים היו מבאסות ודלות. ארוחת הערב היתה הכי עשירה. רוב המנות בכל הארוחות כוללות חזיר, שזה מגביל מאוד. יש לפחות 5 בריכות, אחת מהן עם כמה מגלשות קטנות לילדים (ילדים מעל גיל 5 ישתעממו מהר מהם). הבריכות מאוד עמוקות וההיצע לעלדים קטן. המלון ענק ובנוי ממבנים שלא קשורים האחד לשני וזה מצריך מעבר ברגל, המון מדרגות ושיפועים תלולים (היינו עם עגלת תינוק). אם רוצים לצטת מהמלון לרחוב יש ירידה ארוכה ובחזרה למלון קשוח לעלות אותה ברגל. היו 2 ברים חיצוניים עם אוכל והתורים שם היו ענקיים. מיטות השמש נחטפות מוקדם בבוקר על ידי השארת חפצים על המיטות - ביום הראשון היה לנו קשה למצוא מקום ישיבה. (עד שלמדנו והתנהגנו כמו כולם). בגדול חוויה טובה, לא חושב שהיינו חוזרים. משם עברנו למלון בשם Arminda, גם 4 כוכבים - אבל רמה אחת מעל. אוכל טעים ומתקני מלון טובים.

3 or 4 stars BUT - and it's a very big BUT
Great Hotel BUT.. ***** The hotel itself gets 5 stars. Great location and good looking. ***** The staff also gets 5 stars as they are so friendly and always are ready to help ** The food gets between 2 and 3 stars. Often the food tastes almost nothing and the snack bars are very inefficient. They should force the chef to taste the food before sending it out! * One star is given to the hotel management, as the issue with reservation of sunbeds is extreme. Often people would go out in the evening to reserve sunbeds and not return until noon or later. Leaving a lot of people without a spot at the pools. * One star is given for the double beds, which are harder than I have ever tried. A wooden floor would seem softer. *** Three stars are given to the bars. Do they know how to craft a good-tasting drink? NO - but they are however generous with the spirits. Also, the beer is a bit thin. **** Four stars to the pools themselves. Great pools - but they could have a bit more for the older kids. ** two stars for the cleaning team - our room had visible dust bunnies that were not cleaned for more than a week. Don't look under the beds as well. I did love the stay - except for a very mixed experience with the food and extremely bad sleep, due to pain for sleeping in the bed.
