Kjempefint hotell med veldig hyggelig personale,spesielt hjelpsomme og superkoselige Helen😀Vi hadde rom med delt basseng. Eneste minuset der er at de fleste rommene mistet sola ved 14 tiden,vi var heldige og hadde hjørnerommet og hadde derfor som eneste rom i vårt basseng sol til den nesten gikk ned. Synes veranda stolene var direkte vonde,og at ihvertfall på oppgradert rom som vi hadde kunne hatt bedre. Ellers kjempefint bassengområde med god plass til alle gjester,og nydelig mat i restauranten der,spesielt a la carte på kvelden! God frokost også. Lettvint å få vasket klær og ikke dyrt. Vi kommer nok tilbake😀

Nytt hotell med potensiale
Et nytt, flott hotell med god layout, et stort basseng, barnebasseng, deilig hage, flotte, moderne rom og egen strand. Du får en wow-følelse idet du kommer inn i lobbyen. Bra wifi som rekker helt ned til stranda. Bra AC på rommet. Fint spaanlegg, dyr massasje ift. kvaliteten. Frokostbuffeten hadde et godt utvalg, noe av maten og drikken kunne hatt bedre kvalitet. Poolbar med et OK utvalg. Middagsbuffet med god kvalitet til rimelig pris. Dessverre endel mangler ved renholdet både på rommet og i bassenget. Bassenget mangler et par trinn i den ene enden som gjorde at jeg slo leggen min hardt i kanten som jeg ikke så under vann. Servicen er for det meste treg og flere ansatte der aner ikke hva slags service som forventes ved et 5-stjerners hotell, med et par hederlige unntak. Tror noen avdelinger mangler avdelingsleder. Enkelte mannlige ansatte oppfører seg som om de aldri har sett damer før. Opplevde krangling mellom ansatte. Noe underholdning med zumbainstruktør, saksofonist og DJ, ellers ingen spill, leker eller aktiviteter. Ligger i et stille område med lite å finne på. Stranda har småstein og mye bølger, vanskelig å bade der. Hotellet har potensiale til å bli bra men har litt å jobbe med.

Ortszentrum-Hauptstraße, ähnelt eher billigem Massentourismus, es ist laut und viel Verkehr. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten, viele Souvenirshops mit gleichen Produkten, Imbissbuden, Restaurants mit überteuerten Standard Menüs, wenig Lokale und traditionelle Küche, kaum Fisch Angebote. Um Preisgerecht und im schönen Ambiente essen zu können muss man zwei bis drei parallel Straßen Berg aufwärts gehen.

The contemporary design of the rooms and hotel is so beautiful. The gluten free dining options were limited which I did not appreciate, as they ask you for your fietary restrictions beforehand. The property is beautiful and large, it made sraying there for an entire day quite easy. They had water aerobics in the pool and I especially loved the sunbeds in the pool to stay cool. It is a bit farther from the city centre which makes cab rides a bit more expensive but there is also a bus stop right outside of the hotel.

We staid at the hotel for 9 days. The hotel was all in all very nice but I would not say that it is a 5 star hotel, rather a 4 star or 3 . The staff was very kind and friendly and the service very good. Breakfast was ok with many options but they could have offered more fresh fruits, not the ones from cans, and they could have offered different variants of bread, not always the same. Also the jam and the cereal were of very bad quality. The dinner was very good and they had like different themes for every night, ones Greek, ones Italian, ones Asian... so very nice! The desserts were also very good! What we really disliked is that there were wild cats and dogs running around the dining area and were jumping up the chairs to try to get some food! This is really unacceptable and they should really do something about this problem and have these animals removed! The fitness room was very small and the equipment was outdated! Also the opening hours were not good as the fitness room did not open until 9 AM. Therefore, as the breakfast was only served until 10 AM, it was impossible to go to the gym before breakfast. The room was spacious with a large balcony but the cleaning of the room was not good as there was still sand and dust on the floor. The area of the hotel (Gerani) is very empty with only two bars in the neighborhood but it was easy to take a cap to the next larger village (Platanias) were you could find clubs, restaurants, bars and shops. Pool and beach were excellent!

Stayed a week at this beautiful luxurious hotel. Asked to change room as it didn’t match the booking spec (no sofabed), sorted helpfully and quickly by exceptionally good staff (Yanis & Elena). Great pool area and near to the beach. A bit off the beaten track but enough facilities nearby – supermarket, car hire, tavernas. Easy to catch a cheap and frequent bus from Gerani to Chania. Food was outstanding, both for breakfast and in the a la carte restaurant by the pool. The charming Manager (Manolis) makes sure everything runs smoothly. Would highly recommend.

Het ligt wat afgelegen van de buitenwereld maar na 5 minuten rijden zit je midden in vakantie centrum. Het hotel is in 1 woord geweldig, ontbijt zeer variërend en de gastvrijheid is super. In Mei was het heerlijk relaxed en rustig. Zeer schoon en geweldige zwembaden.

Dejligt hotel - dog lidt væk fra by
Rigtig flot hotel og dejlig passende størrelse værelser. Alt ved hotellet var rent og der manglede intet - men ikke så pæne områder udenfor hotellet. Men sådan er det nok i der græske. Vi var der sidst på sæsonen, så måske var det forklaringen, at aftenbuffen var lidt sparsom. Savnede også skilte for de forskellig retter.

Un hôtel qui nous a semblé très joli quand nous sommes passés devant mais au final assez décevant. L’hôtel est neuf, mais le personnel est très peu qualifiés, très peu réactif. La nourriture n’est pas très bonne. Au petit déjeuner nous nous sommes retrouvés à devoir débarrasser une table pour pouvoir manger, aucune règle sanitaire respectée au buffet. La porte de notre douche sauverait dans le mauvais sens, nous devions nous faxer à l’intérieur…Bref encore beaucoup de boulot avant d’être au point. Les prix sont assez attractifs au vu de la haute période, mais les gérants sont plus dans le profit que la qualité. Je ne recommande pas les cocktails du bar qui sont des mélanges de jus de fruits premier prix, le goût était affreux. Nous avons beaucoup regretté notre précédent hôtel…

Très bon séjour au Myrion
Hôtel bien situé, tout près de Platanias ( activités nautiques, balades en mer, restaurants et boutiques). Etablissement recent et calme avec une jolie piscine et une plage bien aménagée et bien entretenue. Nous disposions d’une belle chambre avec vue piscine et mer, au 1 et étage, avec terrasse . Les équipements de la chambre ainsi que la literie sont de bonne qualité. Nous tenons à remercier le personnel de la réception qui a été très professionnel et accueillant. Petit bémol , il pourrait y avoir une petite animation le soir ( musiciens par exemple) À recommander .

Avis très partagé car l’hôtel présente très bien mais la chambre que nous avions, bien que surclassée, était très petite, a tel point que nous n’avions pas de salle d’eau, seulement un lave main dans les toilettes, la douche de l’autre cote du salon Le parking n’est pas assez grand & une odeur désagréable se fait sentir tous les soirs, les finitions ont été rapides je pense pour honorer cette saison…. En bref, le prix n’est pas en phase avec la prestation
