Hyggelig betjening og god beliggenhet.
Hyggelig betjening og god service i resepsjonen. Frokosten var ok. Rommet var lite og bar preg av manglende vedlikehold. Varmtvannet i dusjen ble borte, det var et stort minus. Beliggenheten passet oss utmerket passende gå avstand til gågata og busstasjonen. Standarden er grei nok for et kotere opphold.

Mer eller mindre hensiktsmessig rimelig
Hyggelig tatt imot i resepsjonen av hyggelig resepsjonist. Alt var rent og var i orden på rommet. Det var litt mørkt på badet på grunn av svak lyspære. Hadde håpet på en fin utsikt, men fikk en bakgate, det gjorde at oppholdet generelt ikke var så bra som jeg ønsket. Det som slo ut alt annet var selvfølgelig utsikten over havna fra frokostsalen i 6. etasje, uslåelig. Frokosten var tilfredsstillende med godt utvalg.

Sentral beliggenhet
Sentral beliggenhet mellom havna og gågate i sentrum av Heraklion. Mange restauranter i nærområde og en flott restaurant i øverste etasje på hotellet med fantastisk utsikt! Veldig god frokost!

Perfect location for City and beach adventure
Good atmosphere. Warm welcome and good assistance in arranging pick up at the airport late evening. In addition the hotel assisted in arranging car rental at the neighboor - very good car rental prices. Could recommend this company : DIMITRIS & TOULA KAFETZAKI, the best service I have ever been given in a car rental office! Then back to the hotel, the elevator was the smallest ever been in. However no problems. The room was very small and needed renovation and there were no chair. Standard was only 2-3 on the room. The safe in the room was not stock to the wall, anyone could just carry it with them. Our safe did not work, however it was quickly replaced, good service. Bathroom was very small, my husband had problem to fit in the shower. No extra payment for safe and aircondition, medium prices. The Nice outdoor restaurant on the proffecional pictures of the hotel was not open. We went to the 5th floor and it was under renovation and we had to eat breakfast at the neighboor night pub. So we did not get the expected experience of the roof restaurant with the habour view. Breakfast was average with scrambled and boiled egg. The beach was to far away for walking, so we had to walk 10 mins to take the bus to the beach. Great beach area with lots of tavarnas. The city of Heraklion has a lot to offer, old town and shopping. Very nice walking street with lots of restaurants to visit in the evening. Can be recommended for a short stay to include city adventure and beach.

Mye for pengene, trivelig betjening.
Hotellet var lett å finne. Vi ble møtt av en svært trivelig resepsjonist etter å ha fått parkert leiebilen langs fortauet utenfor. Alle i resepsjonen var svært hyggelige. Rommet var lite, men komfortabelt og reint. Badet var strøkent. Beliggenheten er bra, ikke minst med den utsikten over havna fra restauranten/frokostsalen i 6. etg. Bra frokost! Trafikkstøyen var å til å holde ut, vinduene hadde god støyisolering om du vil ha utestøyen helt bort. Anbefales!

Fantastisk utsikt over havna,
En fryd å sitte på terassen i kveldssola, - velg rom med sjøutsikt. Jeg tror vi hadde fått det beste rommet - 502 - hva terasse og utsikt gjelder. Spennende frokost synes jeg, - litt for gresk for min kone? Veldig morsom og hjelpsom resepsjonist. Både hotellet og Heraklion kan anbefales.

Nær ferjeforbindelser til Kykladene
Vi valgte stedet pga.beliggenheten til ferjene nordover. Vi kom sent, men fikk god service og mat levert på rommet. Rommet hadde god standard og flott utsikt over havnen/havet og frokosten før avreise var helt grei. Et hyggelig opphold!

Sentralt hotell med fantastisk frokostterasse
Leter du etter et sentralt hotel i Heraklion er Dream Marin et godt valg. meget hyggelig service i resepsjonen, helt sentralt i nærheten av havnen og likevel relativt stille strøk, rent rom og fantastisk takterrasse der frokosten serveres. Flyr du til/fra Heraklion er dette en god begynnelse/avlsutning på din Kretaferie

In a great location, very handy for the archaeological museum & close to the port & the bus station. Excellent Cretan restaurant (Plani) 3 minutes walk. The room was a bit small, but the bed was enormous. There was very little storage in the room.

Check in was easy, location is near restaurants and the ferry port. We stayed for 1 night leaving on ferry the next day.

Few disappointed in our stay at Marin hotel. There was no parking on-site. You must park at nearest city parking location and walk to hotel. This wouldn’t be bad except there isn’t a place to drop luggage before parking. Once in the unit AC was not working (they promptly corrected). The shower had mold/mildew on walls. We advised the staff and they sent someone to clean the next morning. Next shower it was back. Gave up on having this corrected. Staff was very nice in saying they would send someone to re-clean, unfortunately I think the exhaust fan was not operational in the bathroom. After booking this room in February, I read this same issue happened in other rooms.

Lovely hotel located at walking distance to the port, tourist area and the bus stop to the airport. I travelled single, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, perhaps the shower on the small side but I am not big either :). Good breakfast with a view. Friendly, helpful staff. THANK YOU!

Great location for visiting the city centre. Very nice view from the breakfast room. Overall great value for money. Breakfast quality can be improved. Room furniture need renewal.
