Ok hotell, men ikke 5 stjerner.
Hotellet var pusset opp og i god stand. Rommet med utsikt mot sjøen var romslig og hadde fantastisk fin utsikt. Maten på buffeten var OK, men passer nok bedre for barnefamilier. Servicen var OK, men det virket som alle som jobbet på hotellet var veldig stresset og at det var for få folk på jobb. De har kun en type lokal vin, og denne er ikke spesielt god. Solsengene blir tidlig reservert av folk som ofte ikke ligger ved bassenget i det hele tatt, så det er vanskelig å finne plass. Alt i alt et helt OK hotell, men det merkes at dette er et stort hotell og det føles veldig "kantine"-aktig uten spesielt hyggelig betjening.

I have the most positive impression of the resort. My family and I loved loved this place. Beautiful resort, fantastic food and drinks. Food and drinks to suit every taste 😊helpful and polite staffs, clean clean everywhere and the list goes on. It was really a fabulous holiday for us and we hope to be back there next year by God's grace.

Staff at this hotel were so friendly and attentive. Food options were excellent. Something for everyone. Salads were so fresh and drink choice was great. We dont usually stay at all inclusive hotels, and tend to opt for a villa, but was pleasantly suprised at how lovely the hotel is. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Awesome place - lovely room, modern clean and comfortable. Great food and good variety. Staff were amazing and very, very customer focused. Pools were clean and well managed, entertainment fun and engaging while not too intrusive. Bands were great! Felt very safe and jogged all over the local area... Could not be better - especially for the price!!! We will definitely come back, as it was early April we might give it a go again in October to see if the sea is warmer!!! Hugely recommend wandering around the old town and the world famous harbour! Looks like a film set at night if you're into your selfies, and cat lovers like us will be in heaven! Very, very highly recommended.

A fabulous family holiday. The food was incredible, staff were super friendly, rooms were great. The beach was magical. We went early April and the weather was gorgeous - a super relaxing holiday, wish we could have stayed longer.

Ihan ok hotelli, ei luxus mutta ihan siedettävä. Altaat olivat täynnä ja meluisia, ihmiset polttivat tupakkaa altailla. Ruokaa oli riittävästi ja paljon vaihtoehtoja mutta toki ei kovin korkealaatuista. Rantabaari ja ranta olivat hyviä. Palvelu ystävällistä ja ripeää. Tarjoilu pelasi hyvin baareissa ja lapsetkin huomioitiin hyvin.

Erittäin hyvä hotelli isolle kaveriporukalle. Sviitit toimi hyvin neljälle hengelle, huoneet siistit ja palvelu pelas. All inclusiviin kuului minibar mitä sai hyvin täytettyä. Useita ravintoloita ja bareja mistä sai hyvää ruokaa ja juomaa koko ajan (all inclusive.) Hyvin tilaa rannalla ja uima-altaalla vaikka hotelli täynnä. Taxin sai tilattua hotellille nopeasti ja keskustaan n. 10€ ja alle 10min matka.

I liked the staff and how friendly they were. Place was clean. Food was very subpar, coffee which is basic was disgusting, not real coffee beans. First time ever having to wait for elevators in a hotel let alone a five star hotel. I think the branding needs to be changed to 4 star definitely not a five star

Great food everywhere except in theme restaurants
"Deluxe" is perhaps pushing it but really comfortable and quality stay. Buffet foods and pool restaurants exceeded the expectations as A+ while the theme restaurants were sub-par experience. We gave the asian and greek style try and did not think for a second for booking the other two. Staff is very friendly and everything works smoothly. Standard rooms are somewhat small but modern.

Nice 4-star all-inclusive resort. I would improve the bathroom drainage and cleaning level, and I would love more entertainment for kids over 6 yo. Also, the pools are not shaded.

This is a solid hotel with three pools and a nice complementary set of food offerings and various bar locations that make this an all-inclusive experience. We enjoyed the beach front location also.

The room was good, buffet had a very large selection for each meal and food quality was really good. Staff were pleasant and the pool area was nice. Only negatives were that the gym equipment was dated and most of it broken so couldn't use it. room cleaning was minimal,no bed change for a 5 night stay which was a bit disappointing. Good stay overall

The staff in the dinning area and reception at Akti Imperial were exceptional. They were patient, understanding and always sought a way to help. The faciity appeared to be gearing up for the tourist season; main areas were very clean, rooms too. Though not all restaurants were open from the start of our stay, they were half way through. Got to sample a few. The hotel is located close to the beach on the western coast line and boasts some stunning views of the sea and the mountains in Turkey, from sunrise to sunset. Getting a room with a sea view is a big must in my book. We hired a car, the hotel had free parking and it was always easy to get a parking spot. The hotel has very good quality tennis courts. While it was possible to borrow rackets and balls, often the guests had lost balls so was not possible to play always - if you are keen on tennis, then i would suggest taking your own set of tennis balls. There was a basket ball court, i did not play so cannot comment. Hotel has a games area that hosts two ping pong tables... this is fairly popular with the guests. The hotel has a well equipped gym which is well used and kept sanitised. The hotel has several fantastic outdoor pools for all the family to have fun. The indoor heated pool was also a good size. All in all a great place to stay with the whole family and the staff make for a lovely memorable holiday experience.

Bon séjour Hôtel bien équipé mais très grand, dinc relativement bruyant et nourriture un peu « cantine » mais acceptable tout de même, . Un peu plus de plats régionaux serait bien Les infrastructures sont adaptés à la dimension de l’hotel

Got my thing stolen :(
Overall, I was a bit disappointed with the hotel. The room wasn't very clean and I had to request the refill of the minibar twice. Regrettably, I got my earrings, some lingerie and some makeup stolen. I haven't reported it because they clearly stated that they are not responsible for any thief but it is shocking that we can't even get our room cleaned without any stolen items.

The reception area a bit clinical and white. Very clean hotel & pools were always clean. The chairs in bar area could be comfier & sunbeds could do with cushions. Paper cups outside - alcohol didn’t quite taste right. Better inside with glasses. Food choice was really good. Wouldn’t call it 5* but def 4*. Entertainment was ok. Rooms were spacious & clean. Most of the staff were very pleasant.

Few things you should know before booking. There is too many people for those facilities. Themed restaurants are all full booked. In 1 week there was space for us only in 2 nights. At pool its hard to find sunbed if you doesnt come early at morning. Alcohol is not served on the beach. The rooms have poor soundproofing. You can easily hear all sounds from corridor, balcony and upstair so at least bring earplugs.

Хороший отель, но море штормовое и каменистое
Отель понравился. Очень хорошая кухня и нормальный номер. Однако, вход в море сильно каменистый и все время штормит. Один раз при выходе из моря упала из-за волны и ударилась о камни.
