«I called VRBO and the owner on April 18th to cancel my reservation. The owner was very kind and asked if everyone was okay. I told her my sister was unable to make it. VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund. The owner, Jason, responded to any questions I had and even had a "book" on the counter that explained everything about the home as well as local attractions and fun things to do. «I wasnt sure what i would get for the price, but I was more than pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, the deck pretty private, and it was very clean. I love the story of the hotel.
