Oppholdet var greit, men skuffende i forhold til mange tidligere opphold. Kaffemaskin med dårlig kaffe var installert i frokostsalen( mot før kanner på bordet), deilige Lindt sjokoladekuler på rommet var erstattet med dårlig og billig sjokolade og vårt favorittbasseng var nå kun tilgjengelig for «Unique by Lopessan» gjester som skilte seg ut med oransje håndklær. Det kan synes som om dette unike tilbudet går på bekostning av den vanlige gjest.

fantastic hotel, thanks for letting us watch the sunset from the pool bar every evening. Clean and big room, delicious and varied breakfast with honeycomb. Great location near the beach and shopping facilities. Helpful staff, thank you so much for the surprise card and chocolate you sent to my room on my birthday. Only issues: there was no kettle in the room, large and uncomfortable pillows.

Must be visited
Absolutely fantastic hotel and resort. Big area, lot of space and not crowded at all (no need to place your belongings on a sunbed before the sun rises). Great breakfast, at least in the unique area where we ate. Top service level from all! We will recommend this hotel, and will be back for sure.

Servicen generelt burde vært bedre!
Fikk halve første dag ødelagt pga maurinvasjon på rommet og måtte bli "bestemt" for å få byttet rom med tilsvarende standard/utsikt. Også utrolig at et oppgradert rom ikke hadde verken kaffe kapselmaskin eller tekoker. Service ved frokost/middag kunne vært bedre. Fantastiske fellesområder!

Lovely hotel with beautiful architecture reminiscent of an old town on the island, very nice garden and pools, very good food in the main buffet restaurant, excellent service and quite good live music shows in the evenings.

Nice stay
Very nice stay. Food is good, short way to restaurants etc, nice and clean. The only draw back is that people reserve sun beds with towles and so on. Its not «alowed» However, they will not do anything about it.

Flott opphold- rent fint- gode fasiliteter- noe kaldt vann i basseng- stor tilgang til solstoler med mye sol. Manglet hot-tub og noe bedre solforhold ved frokostbuffet. Flott hotell med gode fasiliteter.

The staff was incredible and helped us with everything we needed, no task was to big or to small. The hotel area and rooms was really lovely and clean. The food was great, both breakfast and dinner.

Excellent food. Nice surroundings. Service in general ok, but service in reception, not good. You have to pay for wifi, wine glasses brought to the room etc. Generally - too expensive compare for what you get.

Kjempefint anlegg, meget god frokost og middagsbuffet, flott spaavdeling. Hyggelig torgplass hvor man kan sette seg med champangen etter forkosten. Underholdning om kvelden, hyggelig pianobar.

Outstanding service og topp hotell !
Gjennomgående meget bra hotell som svarte til alle våre forventninger og vel så det. Vil fremheve service, hjelpsomhet og vennlighet til alle ansatte som var ganske enkelt "outstanding" - noe av det beste jeg har opplevd. Eneste irritasjonsmoment er wifi som koster ekstra. Her anbefales imidlertid å leie Vodaphone router i resepsjon til EUR 3 / dag og som dekker hele øya. Denne fungerte fint og prisen er jo grei. Overraskende var det også at bruk av safe på rommet også kostet penger - dette er kun til irritasjon - legg det inn i romprisen !
