Hello Carly,Not sure if the front desk was informed that your room had an odor but if we had a available room we could have switched you to another one and as far as the pool the sign says 9 persons this is for the safety of young children when you get a lot of bigger kids throwing ball as such it can pose problem for the younger children but it is open from 7am till 10pm everyday and we would like to apologize for these issues that you experienced As far as the choice of dining in the area there is a Stake house .3 miles from the hotel and an Italian restaurant .8 miles but we apologize for not meeting your expectations and hope you will stay again in the future

We apologize for the inconvenience we did our best to accommodate your request we put you in a king suite which has a pull out couch when the booking comes through as a flow through room like yours did we look at how many is in the reservation and we have to make the judgment from that as we do not get a lot of information before the arrival of guests, we do apologize for the issue of not getting two queen beds and hope that does not keep you from staying with us again

You gave us a great suggestion when you said something about only 4 towels being in our biggest suite rooms.I will bring this to our GM's attention and see if we can put a few extra bathroom linens just in case there is more than 4 in that suites room type.
