This hotel was perfect for our party. The rooms were spacious and clean. No daily housekeeping but we were able to get anything we needed at the front desk. Having a nice kitchen which even included a dishwasher was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing. My only recommendation would be maybe some more washer/dryers.

We adored this place. It was designed beautifully, clean, kind reception, and the room was extra quiet despite being on a busy street across a loud pub. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was the perfect size (we made dinner in one night.) We also spent an evening playing a couple of games they had available to guests in the lobby. Small minor problem was that the TV wall mount did not keep the TV level, but we managed to prop it against the wall in a way that worked. Close to a Tesco Express (groceries) and the subway station. Highly recommend!

The hotel was so convenient to both major train stations and Buchanan Street shopping. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The hotel was secure and safe. Our apartment was spacious, clean with nice bathroom facilities. The room was only cleaned once a week, but extra linen could be requested. Remember this is like an apartment, not really a hotel. There was a stove top, spacious fridge, Nescafe coffee maker and dishwasher in the apartment. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils to cook. I would recommend this place for anyone, especially with an extended stay, as you have easy access to all the sights in the city and also to travel to other parts of the country

Clean and comfortable. Good shower and comfortable bed. Quiet despite at a shopping area and next to a bar. The surrounding area not so nice but that is generally true for Glasgow, a typical inner city. We booked it for ease of transport as it is right next to St Enoch subway station. Has coin operated self service laundry.

What a perfect place for “home base” in Glasgow. All the best shopping, pubs, and eating all within a few minutes walk in a beautiful part of the City. We saved a ton of money buying our food and drinks at the local grocery store and cooking multiple meals in our room. Very spacious and accommodating. Everything you need and a great staff too.

We were very pleased with the apartment accommodations. It was very clean and looked new. Everything we needed such as dishes, utensils, and pans were provided. There was a nepresso machine, although staff was very stingy giving out pods. We stayed seven nights. No housekeeping unless you paid extra. Our biggest drawback was the thermostat in the room was controlled by downstairs staff. Our room was unbearably hot- we asked three different times for cooling to be put on. Once we were provided with an hour of air, another we were told to open a window- our room had no window. The nights were very humid and hot- had to sleep with no bedding over us and still sweated. This dilemma made for a very uncomfortable stay.

Glad you liked your room, and we are so sorry to hear that overall your visit was not as enjoyable as expected.We do provide two coffee pods free of charge, and if our guests require more, these can be purchased from our shop downstairs, which is open 24 hours. We do not provide daily housekeeping on stays which are shorter than 8 days, but extra towels, linen, toiletries etc. can be collected for free from reception. Reception is able to change the heating settings from downstairs if required, however, guests should be able to do this from inside their rooms as well. If you decide to stay again, we can show you how to work the heating settings.We apologize again for the inconveniences you experienced, and we really hope you will give us another chance in the future.

Exceptional. Home from home apartment in the heart of the city. The staff welcoming and so very kind. There is the option to cook for yourselves, buy on site or at the local supermarket and close to the City’s amenities. Daily information on the weather and sights of interest. The breakfast buffet perfect in every way. Includes cake ! Sets you up for a day of walking, shopping and sight seeing. We will be back !

This was my 2nd time to stay at this property. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are rather large and clean. The location is perfect with a grocery store across the street and many dining options near by. I highly recommend this property

Staff are very helpful. Location is convenient for easy walk to restaurants, train and bus stations. Plus they have a convenient call button for a quick taxi. Rooms are clean and spacious. Lobby has filtered water for water bottle refills plus books and games. Buffet breakfast has many options to choose from that were tasty. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you have a lengthy stay

Well located and very functional. Guests should be aware that the emphasis is on apartments rather than hotel. Housekeeping is only available for a few (or after eight days). There are no instructions for how to use the appliances. And requests for service (in my case, a room safe that would not open) may go unanswered. Otherwise quiet and comfortable. Though would recommend an additional lock inside the room door.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The apartments are incredibly well thought out and equipped with everything you could need. The location is amazing, very central and located right close to the river Clyde so easy too go for a walk on the promenade. The front desk people were especially kind and helpful
