Theres only two pointers; - The toilet in our room barelly flushed, so we had to flush 4 times just about every time we went to the toilet - the beaches are fine, but bring some bathing shoes. «First of all, we had a "sea view" cottage. But with no view of the sea. When I told a staffer that the AC wasn't working, he said "that's the way it's always been" The bathroom and shower were disgusting, with rusting handles for the shower, and the shower and the toilet in the same space. Towels were old and worn. And there was something on the floor that made it slippery; no idea what. This would be luxury accommodations only in Venezuela or North Korea, and maybe not the latter. ...

«We were there in February 2019. The hotel was undergoing renovations following an earthquake in 2018, so we got upgraded to a villa. It was well kept and clean, so we were very happy. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. February is mosquito-season, which really isnt the hotels fault, but they could have provided mosquito-nets or mosquito-spray on the rooms. The hotel is on the other side of the island, away from all the partying on the island. They do provide bicycles for rent, so ...

«I was bitten by insects as soon as I entered the place.There was holes in the mosquito net, I voiced my concerns with the staff, who listened but did nothing. At night I was very bitten by mosquitoes. There is very little ventilation as no windows, so the heat builds up, the fan is inadequate to cool you down. The bathroom is outdoors and does not have any privacy. I ended up staying somewhere else, and paying again. The guest book had comments from other customer's voicing the same ...
