Er «passe» fornøyd med Hotellet. Standaren er relativt god men hotellet har merkbar støy fra jernbane samt mangelfullt AC anlegg på rommet. AC anlegget ble bemerket til kundefront uten at det ble gjort noe oppfølging.

Helt ok
Hotellet er nyoppusset, og ser og føles helt bra. Vil ikke si at det er et 5 stjerners hotell dog. Servicen er ikke bra, dårlig trente folk i resepsjonen blant annet, men sånn er det overalt i Poeln, er ikke så mye å gjøre med.

Ikke et 5-stjernes hotell, nærmere 3-stjerner. Air-condition fungerte dårlig i juli, og da vi ankom var det ikke dopapir på rommet. Frokostbuffeten trakk opp helhetsinntrykket, den var fantastisk. Ikke verdt prisen på nesten 3000 kr natten.

Loved this hotel!
We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were excellent with all the amenities we could hope for and they had a large delicious breakfast selection. If we are back in the area we would stay here again.

Very good choice for Sopot visit
Very nice hotel in an excellent location at the top of Monte Cassino pedestrian walkway. Walking distance to the railway station ( where one can get a perfect breakfast)

Super comfy little hotel.
I loved the bed! Firm just as I like it. Plus a Memory foam pillow! The breakfast was a great deal and very good. Very nicely located. Highly recommended.

So disappointing! Not worth for 800zł!
Big bottle of L’occitane shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are installed inside the shower booth - it’s nice. But both shampoo and shower gel were completely empty. When I realized it, my hair was all wet already. Immediately tried to contact the reception but the intercom in the bathroom doesn’t work and the phone in bedside is broken! Need to call from my iPhone to hotel tel number, which I checked in Google. I cannot believe it’s 5 star hotel…

Beautiful and classy hotel with excellent location (very central). Recently renovated; ultra clean and fresh. Our deluxe room was comfortable and spacious. Although located in the center of the action; quiet and peaceful at night. Reception staff attentive and helpful, especially Mr.Zbigniew. Will be staying here again,
