Fun with grandkids.
The house is great for a big group. Complementary soda, a bottle of wine, and fresh tomatoes was a great touch to make you feel welcome. Very, very clean and neat.

Great Getaway
The house itself is an enhanced modular home with all the bells and whistles. Its incredibly clean and cozy. The rooms are all very large. The house is packed with anything and everything you could think of. The outdoor space is wonderful. Tons of entertaining spaces and a nice trail to the lake. The house is on the end of private road, so no need to worry about traffic. The hosts are super responsive and helpful and dont ask too much of you. Would recommend a million times over.

Awesome place
I can't say enough good things about this house and the owners. We arrived to music playing and the TVs and a very clean house. The house is perfect for larger groups and even great for families with kids. Would 100% stay again.

It was absolutely perfect. We had a family of 16. Pap and Nenna, kids with their spouses, and 10 grand kids. Super great rooms that worked very well with our age group. A Great Stay for Our Trip to Boyne Mountain
The property very comfortably fit our group of 15. The common spaces were large enough for everyone to gather between the living room and the kitchen/dining area. All of the entertainment systems you can ask for. Thank you Bob and Ali!

Great place for a guys trip
I stayed here with my friends for a guys trip in mid September. Weather was was great and had the opportunity to spend a lot of time outside on the property when we weren’t inside watching football, golfing, or hitting downtown Gaylord. Really appreciated the cornhole boards, the grill and smoker with propane tanks. Bob, the host is very attentive (He lives close by) and the house was EXTREMELY well stocked in the kitchen with every utensil / appliance you’ll beed (Has a blender and 2 slow cookers). The house was very clean and the internet and directv worked well also. Would definitely stay again if I was looking to stay in this area again.

Golf get away
We booked this property for a golf get away for 8 people. The house was as described, clean, lots of amenities, and tons of games and things for us to do while not on the course. They really took care of a lot of little details to make the stay enjoyable. Location worked great, lots of golf courses within 10-20 minute drive. Would stay again, we all had a wonderful time.

Had a great time playing with the yard games. There was something for everyone. The house was great also, so convenient having 2 full refigeraters, crockpots and all the tv's. Also likes the little things like complimentary drinks and candy. Would recommend to friends and family.

Nicely Set Up For Large Groups
The property is very clean. Everything works well. We had a group of thirteen and there was more than enough space for all of us. The property could have easily accommodated more guests. The hosts treated us wonderfully. This was a great experience and we would definitely stay with them again.

When we opened the door the radio was on and the led lights in the kitchen were on it was pretty cool. Free pops in the fridge and the house was clean and nice. Tvs everywhere. Perfect for larger groups. We will definitely stay again!

Great for a large group!
The house had ample dining for the large group and was a natural gathering spot. Their were plenty of bath towels which is so helpful in a large group. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything you can think of and the two refrigerators came in handy. We went skiing so having a nice mud room/ entry with ample places to store boots and coats- was so helpful.

Thanksgiving gathering for 13
The homeowner was incredibly responsive and accomodating, very hospitable. Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable for 5 families. Living and adjoining dining room allowed us to gather for games, movies and conversation. Kitchen was well stocked to enable us to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner - two large fridges were a luxury! Will consider renting again!

Comfortable
The house is comfortable and well stocked. And with a TV (or two) in every room, entertainment is abundant. Robert was a delight to work with, and he lives just 2 houses away. So if you need anything, he's right there. There is a nice little trail to walk, and our Toby (lab) loved running in the woods. Nice, relaxing weekend!

Great gathering place for the family
We had 8 couples, 8 kids ages 3-16, and 1 toddler and there was room for all. Very nice kitchen with 2 fridges and awesome table. The backyard was great for game playing. The 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and king beds provided lovely sleeping but the 2 bedrooms without air conditioning made for tougher sleeping even tho fans were directed to these rooms. Bob was great to work with. I'm smiling as I remember the pictures in his house -- pretty fun!

Entire Family Annual vacation
Great host who added special extras like chocolates on the table and pop and water in a fridge. So many nice extras like tv, internet, Alexa, two refrigerators, high chair, induction range, and them outside with volleyball/badminton, teether ball, jump ropes, horseshoes.....so much fun. Even supplied split wood for a camp fire. Walked to the lake for swapping kids in and out of the boat for fishing. Brought back nice largemouth bass and sunfish for a great tasty treat! Short drive to state park for beach and water sports. Easy drive to Aldi and Meijer reduced packing and hauling food for a large group.

Great family vacation
The house was plenty big for our group of 15 ages 10 months-71 yrs old. We had a great time together and the property thought of everything including things that we hadn't even dreamed of. Walked in and music was softly playing with the lights on-very welcoming. The littles found the candy right away. The bedroom with the single bunkbed tended to get really warm at times. I think it will be a huge improvement when central air is added but overall no one suffered too bad. There were ant traps on the floor which the baby kept finding so you may want to keep those up higher just in case of babies or infants. Overall I would give it an 8 out of 10. Thank you for your hospitality.

Spacious and comfortable
Excellent time. Home was very spacious, plenty of room for kids and adults to enjoy. The bed…oh my goodness, they were so comfortable. Slept like a baby every night. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of indoor and outdoor entertainment. Brief walk to the lake for the boys to go fishing. Thank you Bob and Allie, we truly had a great time and made some great memories.

Spacious and Updated - Great Communication with the Owner!
We had a wonderful stay! There were plenty of sleeping options, a gorgeous updated kitchen, large TVs in every room, and we had constant communication with Bob and Ali (at least the best we could with the spotty reception, but that’s expected when you’re in the middle of the woods). There were plenty of nearby bodies of water to fish, and we were just close enough to stores and restaurants to make a short drive without being in the middle of everything. We had a great time doing everything and nothing all at once!

Amazing vacation home
We were looking for a quiet, clean and spacious place for a weekend getaway and this wonderful home was just the perfect spot that we had in mind. Owner was prompt and helpful.
