Condo was clean. No batteries in remote so couldn't watch tv & no tv service so would have to screen share your phone to watch. «My experience and stay were amazing. The place was spotless clean. The entire stay and process was seamless. It had everything I needed, very comfortable and made my trip really incredible. The location was awesome and the building and amenities were as well. «Lake View Apartment on Lake Wylie is a wonderful rental. In the lead up to our trip from Oregon we had some adversity and reached our to James and he was extremely prompt and considerate in text and phone conversations. The location and amenities on the gated property were many. Firepit time next to the lake was spectacular. We paid extra for an awesome pontoon cruise and would schedule a cruise again. The apartment has what we needed to dine in and save but many options close by for eating out. ...

«Had to ask multiple times for the check in information. Finally told the information would be sent an hour before check in time. You will receive the address but not the code to enter the apartment until an hour before check in time. This is not an issue except the host kept saying he would send it shortly. Only one TV for a four bedroom and you need to have you own steaming service to watch live TV. Hallway smells as the garbage is left in a room close to the apartment and not put in the garage ...

«My elderly parents stayed at this property and really enjoyed it. The check-in process was well documented and the owners were very responsive. While there were stairs upon entry, the property also has a handy elevator close by. Loved the set up and location. Very quiet and safe.»
