The next beautiful sandy beach "Torreblanca" with sun beds and umbrellas is only 850 meters away from our house, there is a direct way to get there. We are very pleased that you had a lovely time with us. We attach great importance to cleanliness in the house and in the garden. A professional pool man and gardener comes 3 times a week and takes care of the complex. It is very important to us that all groups of guests have plenty of space for all and many nice places to relax with a beautiful sea view. The outdoor area is so big that everyone can find their own place to rest. There is plenty of variety at the house for children and adults. Whether gym wheel, dumbbells or stepper, table billiards, large erlectric darts, many ball games and toys for big and small are at the house. Everyone will find something suitable for themselves here. There is a large nature reserve in the immediate vicinity or you can take beautiful walks on the beach. On horseback or on foot, everything is possible with us. Thank you very much for your visit, we would be very happy to welcome you again.

We are pleased that you have chosen our house for your large group of travelers and that you liked the many relaxation areas with Buddha and lion sculptures, as well as the fountains in the outdoor area. The numerous comfortable seating and the well-kept blooming garden with its tropical palm trees contribute to the feeling of well-being, as well as the large pool surrounded by palm trees with sea views. We attach great importance to cleanliness and want our guests to feel comfortable with us. We are very sorry that the house did not meet your expectations. There are no toilets in the outdoor area, this is not mentioned in our description. However, there are 3 toilets in the house. The avocado tree has grown a lot this summer, we will of course trim it down so that the view of the open sea from that one bedroom window is no longer obstructed. However, a view of the sea is possible from the 2nd window of this bedroom. On our homepage "by damage and incidentals" view more- it is clearly written which additional costs are incurred. It is also written on our website that the normal capacity of the house is 10 people and the rental price refers to 10 people + children up to 4 years. The house can accommodate up to 12 people, for more than 10 people we can provide a bed, bed linen and towels for a small additional fee. As requested, our chef who is cooking only for our guests, served the Tapas dinner you requested with warm dishes, fresh warm baguettes and good wines on the pool terrace at 8:00 p.m. on time. Unfortunately, none of the guests were present, after repeated calls, the guests finally came to the table after 15 minutes. The chef tried to keep the food warm with aluminum foil, but after such a long time the food was cold. All our guests are all very delighted about our Tapas and Paella evening, both a culinary taste experience. We are very surprised, because when asked by the property management, you informed them on site that the food was very good and very plentiful. Fuengirola is a big city and holds itself to the highest standards with many typically English and Spanish bars. Restaurants from all countries, from the typical English "breakfast" to exclusive Thai and sushi dishes, you will find everything here. We thank you for your visit.

I think there is a misunderstanding as our pool steps are very low, rounded and wide. In our pool there is a ladder in the water in addition to the stairs. On our homepage it is written that the final cleaning costs are to be paid in cash as well that the energy costs are billed according to personal consumption, because we haven't made a rent increase since 8 years and don't want to do it now, like many of other landlords. When our guests arrive there is always toilet paper for the first few days, as well as a large selection of coffee, tea and spices. For further needs of the stay our guests get these things themselves. All our guests are warmly welcomed upon arrival with a chilled bottle of best sparkling wine. We always strive to make the outdoor area a highlight for our guests. Many budha and lion sculptures, fountains and an arrangement of colorful tropical plants frame the whole house. Everything was designed with lots of ideas and love in detail. The palm trees around the terraces provide pure holiday feeling. With us one can let his soul dangle. The pool in oversize with extra delimitation for the children is for young and old a special fun and the many colorful funny water mattresses. They are a special service for our guests it is responsible for cooking, cleaning, errands for guests, pool and garden maintenance. They help always with pleasure or if you have a special wish. We have one of the fastest "vibra" internet connection (fiber optic network) of the newest technology for our guests at the house. We are pleased to announce that the garages for 2019 are free for our guests. Our towels as well as bed linen are always free of charge for our guests. Surely you have something misunderstood. Because its only a charge for an additional bed with sheets and towels if an 11th or 12th person arrives more. Our rental price includes bed linen, towels and even free towels for the pool. Our guests can make party until the early hours of the morning. We want you to spend an unforgettable time in VILLA LAS CHICAS ; this includes celebrating. Out of consideration for our neighbors we ask our guests only to be not overly loud after midnight. Unfortunately we can not settle up the final cleaning and key charges by credit card via HOMEAWAY. However, this is not a disadvantage. Our cameras are never turned on when guests are in the house. The cameras are on the property only if the house is empty for a long time to prevent burglaries. Our property management is only temporarily at the house. It is considered an additional service for our guests in case of questions or problems or to organize massage appointments, boat trips, Tappas or Paella evenings. She is also responsible for garden and pool cleaning and that you have a greatful time on the house. It also fulfills special requests. The well-being of our guests is our top priority and we want you to have a wonderful time with many beautiful memories to your holiday. It leads from the garage a direct way to the beach, which is only a few minutes walk. However, I can well understand that a 70 year old human with a toddler will need the double time. Therefore we all have understanding. On our website is clearly written in all languages that the house has a normal capacity of 10 people and the rent price is calculatet for 10 people. As well that we take for one more person a small charge in addition. We had written this to you on serveral times before you had booked the house. Nothing was unclear. We place great importance to work correctly and very professional. Therefore we can not understand this complaint. We`re glad that you had a happy vacation and that you like to recommend the house.
