We had a skyline deluxe bedroom. We booked this hotel mainly because of view and placement. We were greeted by the staff at arrival. Check in was OK. We got instructions on how to use the lift, and then we went to our room. We were at 16th floor. The skyline view was great. Room was very good. It had all the small things you need, like sewing kit, bottle opener, and all the small perks you dont need. We usually left the room around lunch and came back just before dinner. The cleaning lady had made our room. We went out for dinner and came back, the cleaning lady had made our room again. Hotel was very nice. Staff was nice, perhaps a little too eager. Cleaning of room was OK. Yes they checked in twice a day, but cleaning was not that good. Mosty it was making the bed and moving around on something. Changing towels, and some other stuff. First day (out of three nights) i spilled some peanuts on the floor. They where still there when I left. So, not so good cleaning perhaps. Wifi was good. Nice speed and easy to connect. There is a shopping centre close to the hotel, and mostly what you seek for visiting is within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is perfectly situated. Some details i did not like. The darkest place in the room was the work desk. No extra light for working. Also, there was only a glas door to the toilet, you could hear everything. Not very pleasant. As a summary, the hotel was great, and placed at a perfect spot in Frankfurt. Nice view from the skyline room.

5 stjernes hotell perfekt plassert.
Vi tilbrakte to netter på dette 5 stjernes hotellet. Lokasjonen er perfekt i forhold til shopping, attraksjoner og gamlebyen. Vi ble tatt godt i mot i resepsjonen. Vi hadde fått rom i 18 etasje som besto av stue, soverom og bad. Badet hadde delvis åpen løsning og var moderne og virket nytt. Et stor badekar var plasser slik at man kunne ligge i det og samtidig nyte utsikten. Her var det også regnvannsdusj og integrert tv i speilet. Soverommet var stort med tv og det tilbys putemeny. Stueavdelingen besto av sofa, 2 stoler, en pult og tv. Det var flott utsikt fra både soverom og stue. Vann og delvis oppfylt minibar var inkludert. I tillegg var det en skål med sjokolade. Renholdet var bra. Hvis man skal trekke noe må det være at sofaen var veldig slitt. Vi hadde frokost inkludert og her tilbys det både buffet og meny. Hotellet har også spa, treningmuligheter og basseng tilgjengelig. Vi har bodd her tidligere og bor gjerne her igjen. Anbefales.

本当に綺麗なホテルでした。ホテルに着いたら荷物をサービスマンが部屋まで運んでくれたり、エレベーターもセキュリティがしっかり管理されていて安心できるホテルです。立地も中央駅まで歩ける距離ですし、最寄りの駅は徒歩1半くらいで着くし電車も何本も溜まるので困ることがありませんでした。本当に心地の良いホテルで快眠できました!

Fantastic stay !
The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the city centre but still no noise in the hotel at all. The staff is delightful and so obliging . Nothing was too much for them. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was outstanding. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Frankfurt.

I had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott in Frankfurt recently, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The standout feature of my stay was undeniably the exceptional staff. From the attentive valet service to the friendly bartender and the accommodating front desk team, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay truly special. Additionally, the hotel's location is a gem. Situated in the heart of the city, it's just a stone's throw away from a plethora of amazing restaurants, shopping districts, and must-visit tourist attractions. This central location made exploring Frankfurt a breeze, and I could easily access everything I wanted to see and do. Overall, my stay at JW Marriott in Frankfurt exceeded my expectations. The remarkable staff and the prime location made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Frankfurt, as it's the perfect base for exploring this vibrant and beautiful city. I can't wait to return!

Visiting Christmas Markets
This hotel was amazing. We were about an hour early for check in but the room was available. The check in desk clerk, Mahamod (I know I spelled it wrong) was very kind and patient. The room was perfect for our family of three. The concierge offered directions to the Christmas Market and he offered to help with bags and /or calling a taxi whenever we passed. The bar area was nice, the waiter was excellent and my blueberry drinks were wonderful. I am very happy with my stay and would stay at this property in the future.

Great location, but not a great experience
This hotel is conveniently located to a number of Christmas markets, which is what we were predominantly interested in when visiting. There is a parking garage next door for self-parking, although a little difficult to navigate to when returning to the car. I've been a long-time Marriott member with a lot of business and personal travel, but booked through Hotels.com because it was a significantly better deal than booking direct. The hotel was very nice, but it felt as if we were being judged by the hotel staff every time we passed through the lobby. We didn't pack a lot of high-end items to just walk around in the cold all day, and it was off-putting to the point that I probably wouldn't stay again. I've stayed at JW's in the past because they're very nice, have everything you love about staying at a Marriott, and are typically in good locations. This was just a disappointing experience.

アップグレードもして頂き、快適なホテルスティがスタートしました。最終日の前日、上の階から水漏れが発生。フロントに相談したところ、すぐに別の部屋を用意していただきました。その部屋はアップグレードされたお部屋で、景色も良く、また無料の朝食もつけて頂きました。荷物のパッキングなど移動の大変さを感じていたのですが、ホテルからの心遣いにストレスを感じずに移動、ホテルステイができました。さすがJK MARRIOTだなぁと感じました。スタッフのみなさんがとても親切であたたかく、また宿泊したなと思うホテルです。ありがとうございました。
