«We had a wonderful stay at your place. The coffee pot should be replaced for next guest so they don’t have to struggle with it. I sent a email with pictures of the master sink with towel under it because it was leaking water . Also sent pictures of squirrels that are using stuffing from back porch cushions to makes their nests with. Other than those items it is a very nice place to visit.»

«We enjoyed our 2 night stay. It was just as advertised and we had plenty of room for the 2 of us. It was a short walk downtown to the shops and restaurants. We also got to see some deer from the back deck in the morning. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.»

«Property is literally across the street from the entrance to the Pikes Peak Highway. Just a couple minutes from downtown Manitou Springs. Hostess is very gracious and serves excellent breakfast baked goods and fruit for breakfast.»

«This little place was exactly what we needed—a dog-friendly jumping off place (well-located) to spend a laid back Easter weekend. The house was clean and the host was very thoughtful—we appreciated the visitor’s guide they provided, as well as the kitchen and toiletry basics. (You never know when you’re going to forget the cooking spray—and, it seems like a silly thing, but we’ve stayed in rentals that did not provide coffee filters for their machines. I was so glad to find coffee filters.) ...

«Overall, we had a pretty nice stay. The cabin is in a great location, not far from Springs, beautiful scenery all around and it was cool to see the mule deer hanging out in the neighborhood.
