I drove 6hours to this location for my daughters birthday. Saturday night I planned to get good sleep due to me having to drive out early Sunday morning. Sunday morning I woken up by banging and yelling on the door across from me. I personally did not come out due to having my daughter and her friend in my room. I called front desk and told them a man kept banging on one of the room doors across from me. They did nothing banging started from 4am- 10. I called front desk again and they explained to me that the man was trying to get a key for that room but he wasn’t able to so that’s why he was knocking! I didn’t get good sleep and had to drive tired for 6 hours all because they couldn’t remove this man from the property. Obviously whoever was in the room did not want him there we all heard him banging on the damn door!!! I don’t understand if he had 0 access why would they allow this behavior? I will never book with Quinta ever again. The hotel across from them best western seemed like a much more comfortable place.
