There was stool on the shower head of the first room. The front desk moved me to another room and the fire alarm went off almost all night . Called down to the front desk and nothing was done about it until hours later and I had to report for class (I am a police officer) the next morning. I tried to watch TV on Monday night and no channels were available. I called the front desk and nothing was done during my stay. I did notice that the box on the back of the tv wasn’t connected and I connected it, but it still wouldn’t work.

Spacious room, sofa bed was broken so couldn’t even sit on it. Needs more lighting. A/C so loud could barely sleep. Ceiling leak in breakfast area. Hazard. Breakfast adequate. All in all, my dog was quite comfortable.

The room was clean. However, the air in our room didn't work, and I called the front desk at 11 pm and the desk receptionist said to change the thermostat on the wall. We did that, and nothing still changed. The room temperature was 80 degrees all night . We were miserable and stuffy. I told the desk clerk the next morning, and she just said, 'Thanks for letting us know". I wish I had not prepaid, because I would have asked for a discount. On a postive note, the breakfast was really good, and the lady in charge of that did an excellent job and was very friendly.

People above us stomping throughout the evening. Must be wood construction. The Air Conditioner was so noisy, the compressor came trying to come on for 1 minutes and then clunk and then 5 minutes later start all over again. Kept waking us up all night long. I mentioned it to the front desk but no response. Even in the morning we got a ohthat's too bad. They just wanted their money and get out of here.

This hotel seemed to be in similar condition of other hotels in its price range. the breakfast was decent. The staff was good. The inside wasnt in the best condition. I would stay here again if I had to though. the walls are very scuffed and other minor repairs are poorly addressed. like the area where the carpet meets the tile was duck taped in our room... the floors are not insulated well and you will hear every move of the person above you. It sounded like kids were jumping off the bed onto the floor right above us. there was no shower curtain in our second room. the first room they gave us the beds had no sheets and the blankets were stacked on the desk, but they immediately switched our room.

Nice hotel, but Poor at cleaning
I was at the hotel on a business trip: myself and a co-worker. The young man and lady working the front desk were amiable. However, when it came to cleaning the room, it wasn't very good. After the 3rd, I asked for the room to be cleaned. I returned that afternoon to find out that all housekeeping did was remove the old towels and put down new ones. They never cleaned the bathroom. They never changed the bedding, vacuumed, or swept the floor. When I brought it to the manager's attention, she informed me that the room was clean, and she checked herself; however, it was not valid. We had to bring her to the room for her to see that the room was not cleaned, nor was the bedding changed. She did have House cleaning to change the sheet. I told her I would be back the following week and was requesting the large room again. When I returned two days later and asked for a large room, she told me they were fully booked and the room was unavailable later that evening. After speaking with someone else at the front desk, they said to me that there were large rooms available, the room that we were in was infested with ladybugs in the bathroom and in the sleeping area. I gave up at that point asking for anything else. The manager told me she would give me 2000 points but that was the best that she could do.
