Dear Brandon, Thanks for reviewing us, this is always very important to us.I’m so sorry you didn’t report a positive experience, as we do try every day to satisfy and guarantee our guests the best experience, but this gives me the chance to point out a couple of things: Your reserved a “comfort double” for one night (which is an entry level room), but you were assigned a Suite with no extra charge for you. When you reported the Jacuzzi in the room was not working we immediately call the assistance but, due to the short stay you booked there was not enough time to fix it. In the big bathroom (almost 16sqmt) room you had not only the bath tub but also a separate walk in shower to use. Concerning the Jacuzzi, it is working and perfectly maintained with sanitization and checked every day, also the temperature is automatic between 33 and 35 Celsius in order to avoid users any blood pressure problems. In other comments you left on other web sites, you mentioned also the parking disappointed you.Just reading carefully our Expedia page, where you booked, (like everywhere else on the web) it is clearly specified that parking is not in the hotel (actually about 300mt), and the Valet Service is included in the price (also the price is mentioned in the page) upon check-in and check-out. I would say that expectations needs a concrete knowledge of where you are booking, you booked a room in a XIV century building inside a Renaissance city center and probably we were not the correct choice for you.
