Especially for the extremely low price that you paid for the room and that was a special offer from us. Probably, nor even a dirty hostel from Livorno, with 5-6 persons in the same room and share bathroom does not have this price. But of course, you have to travel to realize these things. But what you write here, far exceeds the truth and objectivity you should prove and creates an image injury. This is not our fault and it might happen also to 5 stars hotels. In this situation, for us, a small touristic structure, the cash payment is the only solution. "Stealing" your cash is not a proper expression, as much time as you paid yourself and nobody took the money from your pocket. You better say the truth, that you found another accommodation, a little bit cheaper and you wanted to change this one, so, you invented all sorts of things, hoping that we shall refund you the cost of the accommodation here. It is true, the communication by phone, is faster than the one by e-mail, because nobody will look 24/24 hours to the e-mails, but everyone of us can answer to the phone calls anytime. You had both phone numbers on the reception desk and outside, on the wall, also from Expedia voucher, but you did not use them. If you should use one of them, your "problems" could be solved. But we think that you did not want really to solve these "problems". In 12 years of activity, NOBODY complained abut keys or locking or unlocking the doors, so, you are the first.
