Rolig og sentralt
Vi hadde 4 netter her og trivdes veldig godt. Ligger i rolige omgivelser slik at man får sove. Hotellet er litt slitent, men har sjarm. God rengjøring av rommene og en bra frokost. Kombinasjonen av sentral beliggenhet og roen gjør at vi gjerne anbefaler dette hotellet.

This was our favorite property during our entire Italy stay. The hotel was just a 5 minute walk from the train station and was close to all of the main places you would want to see within walking distance. Our room was very spacious and had a beautiful, luxurious bathroom. We were very pleased with this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Florence

WiFi and breakfast were great, plenty of beds for us and our kids, and we were able to walk to the train station. The tram is really close too if you need to get to or from the airport

Great value
Overall it was a good stay. The staff were not warm, but they're polite and do greet you when you come in/go. The room was in good condition, the tv can connect to netflix. The breakfast was great, and the lady who's looking after breakfast was very friendly too. It's almost comparable to some of the 4-star hotels we have stayed at. We enjoyed our stay.

Since the room was face to the station and tramway, it was noisy at night. I requested to change and they gave me one the other side, but it was old. So I chose the first one. The breakfast was very nice.

Room was dark with no natural light. When we booked on Hotels.com it stated each stay came with s welcome bottle of wine. No one at the hotel seemed to know anything about that. The hotel description stated the hotel is located on a quiet pedestrian walkway. While we we there, we heard jack hammers right outside the hotel entrance. You could only walk single file along the “pedestrian walkway.” It was very noisy and not at all as described. Paying about 500 Euros for two nights was outrageous given the conditions.

Dear Sirs,we thank you for your feedback, as we explained, on your reservation there wasn't any complimentary bottle of wine, it's Hotel's.com that reports the "vip customer" and who has the right to have the complimentary bottle of wine at the arrival. Anyway, after your request, we gave you the bottle. The small double room look out onto internal courtyards and are therefore particularly quiet but a little less bright.At the moment there are some road works until the end of the year, we understand the discomforts but they don't depend to the hotel.We hope to see you again in Florence.Best Regards

Hôtel facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport via le tramway (moins de 30') et idéalement placé pour visiter la ville. Accueil très chaleureux et souriant de l'ensemble du personnel. Chambre (économique) spacieuse et propre avec pour seuls bémols le bruit des étages (excepté la nuit) et le manque de luminosité (une seule fenêtre donnant sur une petite cour intérieure). Nous avons néanmoins passé un très agréable séjour à Florence.

They are equipped with a French-style bed 140 cm wide, which cannot be separated into two single beds. This kind of room enables you to economize on the cost of the overnight stay without giving up the good quality of services and the warm and friendly atmosphere of all our rooms. Wonderful hotel, friendly staff. The breakfast was the best we had on our 4 week trip they had a good selection. As we took the highspeed rail to Florence it was a short walk to the hotel and then a short walk to the restaurants and other sights.

Very nice hotel and great location. Completely let down by the lack of hot water at 6:30am. Maybe not a problem for leisure guests but for business guests like myself, this is completely unacceptable when spending nearly 300euros for a night.

Quarto espaçoso e boa localização!
Ótimo custo-benefício. Ficamos no quarto quintuplo, super espaçoso. No banheiro havia tanto uma banheira quanto box com chuveiro, o que é otimo, pois acho pessimas essas bamheiras de hoteis na Europa. Otima localização, perto da estação de trem e centro. Bom atendimento!

駅から徒歩で5分位で、観光地も大体15分歩けばどこにでも行くことのできる立地でした。それでいてホテル周辺は静かでした。 トリプルルームに2泊しましたが、大人2人子供1人で過ごすには広さは充分で、バスタブもありお湯もしっかり出て何も問題がなかったです。唯一、ドライヤーがバスルーム固定だったため、誰かがバスルーム使用中はドライヤーを使えず不便でした。 朝食も価格を考えると大変満足でした。 ありがとうございました。

Allowed us to check in early. They also allowed us to leave our backpacks the day of checkout, so we could explore without having to carry them around. Everyone should stay here. 10/10 for sure.
