Tiny room for alot of money.
Tiny room! for the price would expect double the size, A/C Didnt work, breakfast was ok except that you had to order time and sometimes the time we wanted was fully booked, not ideal. felt like the breakfast was trying to be nice but was clearly stressed and was just put out when we asked for tea and coffee, got a really bad stomach after eating omlette one day! otherwise just ok hotel but extremely overpriced

Utrolig trivelig hotell med god beliggenhet. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Gode rom og frokost. Hadde et perfekt opphold her og kan virkelig anbefale dette hotellet videre.

You will feel more like at home than in a hotel
Felt like I am at home. It is far better than most hotels I had stayed. Very friendly, caring & helpful staff from bottom to top levels. Great hospitality, cleanlinesss. Can enjoy nice breakfast and evening tea. Also surrounded by many small restaurants and shopping facilities. Just a 7 min walking distance to the congress senter. Some traffic noice from the front road is the only negative experience. This lovely place has been both time and money saver for my 3 nights stay. Thank you so much and I will rather come back another time.

Kan anbefales!
En veldig fin opplevelse på et hyggelig, rent og pent hotell. Serviceminded og vennlig personale som alltid er klare for å hjelpe! Enkel men god frokost. Ligger i en ganske trafikkert gate, men det er god lydisolering så det er ikke så merkbart. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit!!!

Very nice 3-star hotel
Very nice stay, marvelous service from the reception staff. Breakfast was ok, not much more than that. Quite neighborhood, but a short walk to the markets and all the fashion stores and attractions.

Spotless!
Clean hotel. Helpful staff. Nice and varied breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds. Large and bright bathroom with adjustable shower head and good water pressure. Seemingly newly renovated with modern electrical, AC, and fire alarm system (with automatic doors, and extinguishers and hoses available outside each room). Working Wi-Fi (unencrypted, with captive portal). A great find in Florence.

The hotel staff were wonderful and the breakfast they provided was the best of any hotel we stayed at. We received great dinner recommendations from the front desk staff and our room was nice, clean, pretty large and had working A/C. 10/10 would recommend staying here if you’re in Florence!

Nice room. The bathroom was modern and clean. We went to bar area at 8pm but choices were limited and no one else was there. The breakfast was excellent with many choices for coffee drnks. Great variety and quality.

とても快適でした。 ベランダの雰囲気も良くてゆっくり出来ました。 掃除も行き届いていて枕元に置き忘れてた物も掃除の後もちゃんと同じ場所に置いて下さり高感度がさらにアップでした。朝食の時に持ち歩き用のコーヒーが欲しくて水筒を渡したらにっこり笑って入れてくれました。コーヒー中毒者にはありがたかったです。ぜひおすすめです

We loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel is a short walk from the station and centre of Florence. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast each day was delicious and our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again when visiting the city.

We had a wonderful stay. The room and bathroom was spotless, bright, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was wow, so many options and staff very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Florence ❤️

Wonderful Stay
Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great buffet breakfast each morning. Even when I had to leave early before breakfast was served for a work meeting, they packed me a bagged breakfast. Very friendly staff. They let us leave our luggage after checkout while we squeezed in a few more hours of sight seeing.

Perfect Hotel in Florence
Our stay at Hotel Rapallo was perfect. The location was away from the busy areas but close enough to walk to all the shopping, restaurants, museums, and hot spots in the city. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had a huge terrace. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and had tea time in the evening. Tea time was such a great addition to our stay, it was a great way to wind down after a busy day. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful when we asked for directions or recommendations. This was our favorite hotel that we stayed at in Italy. If we return to Florence we will definitely stay again!

3 sisters husbands enjoyed our 7 night stay. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the train station and 22 minutes to the Duomo. 25€ for a taxi to/from the airport, our preferred choice over 1.75€ train when you have suitcases. Free breakfast every morning with delicious croissants and a wide variety of pastries, bacon, eggs, potatoes, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, cereals, juices, made to order omelets and sandwiches, and coffees. Free bottled water to take on your daily adventures. At the end of your day, they have free tea time treats from 17:00-20:00. You can also order alcohol beverages, most cost 12€. Our rooms were nice sized and well-lighted; refrigerator was filled with water (still & sparkling); and the bed was comfortable with a firm mattress. The key card had to be in the slot in order for the lights to work (it took my sis 10 minutes to figure that out). The staff was very helpful and we appreciated the dinner reservations they made for us at Trattoria Zà Zà. Although not in the busy, city center, if you are in walking shape, I recommend staying at Hotel Rapallo when visiting Firenze.

Hotel Rapallo was an oasis for us in Florence. The included breakfast started our day off very well, and the evening tea and snacks bookends the day after a long day of exploring. The core of Florence was within walking distance with many restaurants nearby. I have to call out the staff in particular. They were extremely polite and pleasant with all our enquiries. What a well run hotel!

During the checkout process, we were never greeted; rather, we were told that we could not stop our vehicle in the front, and that we needed to move it, even though we were just dropping off luggage to return our car. The man at the check-in was extremely rude.

Parfait.
Le séjour était parfait, l’hôtel très agréable, le breakfast délicieux et les personnels de l’établissement très polis, souriants et disponibles. La chambre est à la hauteur de la prestation. Quelques petits problèmes de connexion malgré le wifi de l’hôtel et pas de chaînes Tv en français (mais au final c’est pas important).
