Thanks for upgrading the facility. Looks great! We like how clean the rooms where. Property was nice and quiet even for graduation weekend. Plenty of parking and it was nice to have the restaurant walking distance.

This hotel was under construction, and they put us RIGHT NEXT to the construction area. They assured us they'd be done at 7pm. We got back to the hotel at midnight and they were still at it. Very noisy until 215 AM. We paid nearly $300 for one night at this place. The improvements to the room were completely overshadowed by a sleepless night. Hirrible experience. Our room didn't even seem "done" yet. The secured doors were propped for the construction workers until well after dark. Not safe. Unacceptable. Close your hotel down untol the construction is done.

Would definitely come back to this hotel! Room was clean, and had a beautiful bathroom with good water pressure. Staff was great, even when we accidentally locked our key card in our room not once but TWICE, they were incredibly helpful and pleasant to talk to. I never got the chance to use the gym or sauna but the hot tub was great. My only complaint would be that the hotel was under construction while we were there which I didn’t know while booking, but it didn’t disrupt our stay and was not noisy at all.

We stayed at the hotel on our way home from Phoenix and read the reviews on the property. This is great spot and I highly recommend. The hot tube was a great way to relax after being on the road and rooms were some of the nicest that we have stayed in. Great Place.

Very cool updates to this hotel. Sauna is indoors and open all day. Staff were friendly. The rooms are spacious.

Beautiful newly renovated rooms! Very convenient resturant Dirty Birdies, with a discount when staying here. An hour and a half from South Rim of the Grand Canyon! So convenient for first timers to the Grand Canyon!

Front desk staff very pleasant and explained everything we needed to know about checkin and our room. Check in fast and efficient. Exceptional room appearance and clean. Modern and thoughtful decor. Percent off at next door bar and grill was a nice extra we took advantage of and the food there was very good.

This hotel is lovely! We were greeted so nicely when we checked in, the lobby is beautiful. There are restaurants in the same parking lot walking distance. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The bathrooms are very modern and look amazing! We only stayed one night after snowboarding, the balcony is so relaxing and I would definitely book here again!

The sauna and hot tub is open 24 hours, which is awesome!! Free coffee. Quite a few walkable conveniences and bars/resturanrs around the property. The aesthetic and vibe is on point. Pets allowed without an outrageous pet fee. The rooms were pristinely clean. The only complaints i would have is they were completely unwilling to let you check in before 3pm and locked all the doors besides the main lobby door at 8pm you couldnt even get in with your key card and there was construction blocking off a hallway to get to the rooms.

We recently stayed here during a cross-country trip back home with our dogs. It is right off of I-40, making it extremely convenient. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and spacious. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this spot if you're driving through and need a safe, clean place to stay for the evening.

The property is undergoing room renovations that I would have liked to know about upon booking. My room was renovated and the updates are excellent, especially the bathroom. The rest of the property is a C Class at best. They are pet friendly, but there are no outside areas for dogs to evacuate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. An okay place to stay for an overnight, but not multiple days like I did.

Being completely renovated now (April 2024). The room felt brand new because it is. Way better room layout and design than usual. Quality, walk in shower. Good location with easy access to downtown. Very good value in these expensive times.

We stayed here two days, the first day of our trip and the last day. Both rooms were comfortable and clean. Very quiet. There was construction going on while we were there as noted on signs I saw around the hotel but I never saw or heard anything (and we stayed on a weekday). The hot tub and sauna looked great although I didn’t use them. I did use the workout room and it was great. Easy access to the freeway, gas, and food. I recommend!

They were remodeling which was not said anything about when booking, the property was difficult to navigate which doors to go in to get to your rooms. The construction crew or whatever worked all night till about 1:30 am. But the rooms were nice they could use actual fitted sheets on the beds instead of just a flat sheet that wasn’t even enough to cover the mattress

The room was very nice and clean, even with the renovations everything still looks amazing! The bathroom was very clean and the shower was very fancy! The front desk guy was very friendly and happy to help with everything! Very friendly people and the bed was very comfortable! Will definitely come back if I go back through flagstaff!
