Didn’t like the limited parking at the hotel. The hotel was clean but the pool was small and there wasn’t a hot tub. Also didn’t like the very limited breakfast choices.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was hair on the towels and sheets. Every surface was sticky. The breakfast was disappointing. The pictures on the website showed waffle makers and juice. These were not present. The upside, the staff was very nice

The Good: The room was clean, beds and pillows comfortable, and the HVAC worked well. The Bad: The bathroom fan was bad. It was loud and. Luncky when truned on. The fan is connected to the light, so there was no way to use the bathroom without the fan. The breakfast options were paultry. It is pretty standard these days to at least have a waffle maker, but this property did not, just bread items, yogurt, and cereal. When we first came down for breakfast, there were homless people sleeping on o e of the couches in the common area, the proceeded to eat in the breakfast area and ask the other people for money. I didn't feel feel particularly threatend by them, but I am also a guy. Does not reflect well on the security.

My pet peeve when staying at hotels is the cleanliness of the bathroom. It met my expectations but I think the tub can changed to a shower. The rest of room was clean and modern. I would go back if I was in town again.

When I checked into my room it was full of dents and scratches on the walls. The garbage can was full of someone else’s hair (like they cleaned their brush). The door handle to the stairs didn’t work and was broken. The entry to the pool door was broke . The AC unit was falling apart as parts of metal was laying on the ground under the unit. When swimming in the pool there were multiple pieces of something at the bottom? Felt something sharp and the rest was pieces of something? Doubt it had been cleaned in months! Hot tub was broken and closed off. This hotel is just very run down. The staff was really sweet though!

It was nice and clean and the front desk ladies were attentive and sweet. I would have had a better stay had the hot tub been working as that was one of the main reasons for me booking the room. However, your pool was substantially warmer than other hotel pools that I've used in the past which was a welcome surprise. The room was nice and clean and had what we needed for the night with the quick access to the airport for my mom's early flight and the events we had going on in town for the day. Thank you for the great stay.

The first room we were booked into had not been cleaned. Disappointing, but they were happy to give us a new room. Sadly, that room was on the second floor and we had a lot of luggage, and no elevator. Since when is there a hotel with more than one floor with no elevator. Plus, I have a disability that makes walking difficult, let alone climbing a full flight of stairs. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Probably better options available. Since we were just passing through, we didn’t try to find a better option. Looking back, I probably would if I had it to do over again.

Please know that while many multi-floor properties have elevators, there are just as many that cannot implement them due to property age or are not required to have them as there are only two floors. Much of what is advertised about this property was not available when checking in. No elevator, hot tub, and the breakfast was old and stale with extremely limited options. The whole place was dirty and outdated. Housekeeping wasn’t seen once in our whole stay. The room is uncomfortable and small, with the hardest piece of cement to sleep on. Just a horrible experience.
