There is nothing Alex missed with this property, and his communication leading up to and during our visit was appreciated. We found the QR codes throughout the villa to be extremely useful. The outdoor kitchen and game room were special treats too. Will definitely be planning another stay. Truly a stunning villa!»

«This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location.»

«Very grateful to have found this place for my birthday trip! It's rare to find a place that sleeps so many people comfortably and doesn't just jam a bunch of bunk beds into every room to maximize on the amount of beds. We all enjoyed the kitchen especially and I appreciated how the hot tub was timed to turn on and off so that we didn't have to think about it. The couches were stained with dirt, but I attribute that to previous guests who have no regard for cleanliness and ignore the hosts' ...

«My friends and I had a blast staying at this beautiful home. It is close to many wineries, and has views of wine country from the property. We felt safe and secure with the coded gate to enter the property. The inside of the house was spacious and felt very fancy. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor area were awesome too! It was a great space to relax with friends, with close proximity to wine tasting during the day. I would definitely recommend!»

«This home was so charming. While the outside was a cottage from a fairy tale, the inside was filled with all the modern amenities needed for today. The beds and linens were so comfortable and provided the comfort for a great nights sleep! We brought our kids and close family friends to get away for my son’s 16th birthday. We enjoyed the spa, game room, and really enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. Our youngest thoroughly enjoyed the basketball court! I literally could not say enough ...

«It was a very wonderful experience. We had a family wedding and event at another venue so we were not able to enjoy wine tasting on the property. If it was just for an enjoyable, relaxing vacation or weekend getaway this was the spot. I highly recommend this place for what it’s intended for.»

«We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It was perfect for 4 adults. Plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with dishes. We would certainly stay here again. The only down side, lots of stairs from the parking lot to our unit on the second floor.»

«The Carlsbad resort is perfect for holiday with family. For us who were tourists travelling through and staying only two days, it was a bit of a surprise to get a fully equipped timeshare apartment. There are no nearby restaurants, and no meals are served. So you need to set up the fridge with basic content, and you need to take the car to restaurants in Carlsbad some 3-4 miles away. The village is really nice though, with good places to eat, art galleries etc.»
