Fit the bill
We needed an inexpensive place to stay in the Enterprise area. This fit the bill. Our main criteria was it be clean. And it was. The employees we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

This property is at best 1-2 stars. No breakfast as advertised. Pet fee more than advertised. Bathrooms needs major renovations. Neighborhood seems sketchy. Lots of vagrants. Ok for 1 to nights.

The foyer, if you can call it that reeks of urine and B.O. It was so bad that the smell stuck with me and I smelled it all night. The mattress collapsed on one side and I rolled out of bed. The live entertainment next door made things interesting. Seems there is an all night commercial operation going on. $40 seems to be the going rate for the numerous customers. I heard her scream "Daddy" along with other amorous taunts but I'm suspect of any real family resemblance.

Didn’t even have the room that I booked ( 2 double beds) put us in a room with a king size bed and a sleeper sofa ( no bedding for sofa. Had to bring a room key back later on. Was charged for 2 nights even though we checked out about an hour after checkout the next day once we learned that our power was back on in Florida after hurricane Idalia had turned and sparred our area. Wouldn’t refund any money on the second day at all. Would not recommend

Reserved room. Reservation cancelled no refund.
I booked, called to confirm and was told they were cancelling my reservation they have no rooms. My credit card still got charged. Now to start a claim to get the charges reversed. I called 5 minutes after booking online to be told there are no rooms don't come. Now to just get my deposit, room fee back. 83.10 for nothing.

We loved that we had a couch and chair.The bed was a little hard Not to bad .The sink in front had a leak and my husband almost fell because of water in the floor.

Do NOT stay here
Worse experience. Cockroaches. Rock hard bed. Pretty sure i broke my toe on the floor transition into the bathroom. Door looked like it's been kicked in then replastered to the wall. Deadbolt wouldnt lock. Service at check in was terrible. Booked a non-smoking room online and was told at check in that it would be am additional $50 deposit for the non-smoking room id already booked!!! If we didn't need to get in to get ready for a wedding we'd of left.

I was in on a quick trip for a funeral and this hotel was close and worked out for a quick turnaround. I got in around 10 and was able to grab a quick bite from local fast food that evening and the next morning. Everyone was nice and gave me some condolences for the lose. I was able to get a late check out after the service to change, it was much appreciated.

Horrible
Showed up at navigation spot to find there was no Rhodeway Inn but instead named Hillcrest. There was mold in the rooms and the caulking in the bathrooms were horrible. Where one room had bugs in the bed and no mattress cover. Other rooms had no working lights and smoke detectors covered with plastic and tape. There were no phones in the room nor any shape form or fashion of comfort. Hotels.com needs to update their website because the website showed a lot better quality accommodations than what was actually encountered.

Not the cleanest but not too bad reserved a king smoking and got 2 queens non smoking. No mirror in our room. New owners are trying to make it better at this hotel though. No breakfast no phone in the room. Convenient location

Liveable but barely
Terrible; only a sheet on the bed; roaches in sink, only 1 towel, no toilet paper holder. Walls were patched everywhere. Completely misrepresented; said kitchen not even close.

Dirty Place with rude staff….
The address on this site was wrong, the number listed of the establishment was not answered when I called several times to verify the address.then when we finally going the place the front desk person was rude. When we got to the room,the pull out couch had stains all over it,each double sized bed only had 1 pillow per bed. There was only one towel in the bathroom.no face or hand towels at all.when we went to tell the staff there was no one at the front desk.nor was there anyone when we went to check out the next morning. Horrible place and we will never be staying or recommending it tagain to anyone.

One of the worst ever
Arrived a little after midnight. A lady attended me at front desk after 5 door bell rings, with pajamas on and bare foot. Didn't check my ID and just handed over a card with no guides at all like where the room is or whatever. I asked for a non-smoking but the room was full of smoking smell. The carpet in the room was the dirtiest I've ever seen. Started itchy as soon as I stepped on the carpet. A chair was abandoned on a corner of the room with seemingly no purpose, full of durt and stains. The microwaves was not functioning. You have to run it like 15 minutes to give 2-minute-normal-effect. I chose the motel just for the location and for overnight sleep only, but it was a really unpleasant experience.
