The rating for this hotel is too hight. The room was okay, was not then clearest. Bathroom was nasty, shower walls had dirty hands prints and yellow stuff in corners. The gentleman at the service desk was very nice and friendly, the night desk.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We have a small very well behaved dog and they don’t upcharge.,,,,now that’s pet friendly! We plan to make this our regular stop when going south and returning. Staff had always been pleasant.

If you have infants or toddlers don’t stay at this hotel since they don’t offer cribs or any sort of accommodations, which is a first for me staying at a hotel. Additionally, I asked the front desk for extra bedding and she said “we don’t have because of shipping issues, if you’ve been seeing the news there are problems with the ports” First of all there’s no such thing, and second that shouldn’t be the customer’s problem. The room was decent but smelt like cigarettes and the bathroom didn’t have shampoo. All around wasn’t a good experience but needed a place to stay for the night with my family. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Everything was great except the water pressure for both the bathroom sink and shower was VERY low. Breakfast was OK. Very good scrambled eggs, everything else was average.

They didnt have my expedia reservation. Took almost 40 minutes to check in due to the hotel having to call expedia customer service. Upon getting to our room there was no toilet paper, no tissues, a bottle of nail polish left on the window sill, only 3 towels when there was a reservation for 4 and no shampoo container (only conditioner) on the wall in the shower. Got the TP, tissues and towel fixed by visiting the front desk. But really odd that a room was put to "clean" with so much missing. Need better quality control checks when in the pick up state. Breakfast was small quaint and fine. Very nice to have complimentary lemon water, coffee, tea and hot cocoa available 24 hrs in the lobby
