From the owner: "Hannah’s Place offers the best pricing, for a two-night minimum stay, for a large one bedroom, so close to our beautiful Emerald Isle beach. We provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, large umbrella, and a boogie board, snorkel mask, and swim goggles. Many families enjoy the kitchen décor with all necessary appliances and with a private clothes washer and dryer. Before anyone arrives, we completely clean the refrigerator, oven, appliances, pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. An entire utensil set is in the lower left cupboard. There are two private grills: charcoal and gas, both are regularly cleaned and the propane tank is full. The water pressure is strong, kitchen faucet has no leaks, toilet works well, and we provided 3 rolls of toilet paper, and an array of cleaning supplies including a vacuum, broom, and cleaning items, which are all in the bathroom closet. The outside light was replaced in 2020 and works fine. We replaced the carpets with beautiful wood flooring because vacationers prefer wood flooring, it’s easier to clean, carpeting is dated, and Hannah’s Place is pet friendly. At any time, 24-hours-a-day, you could have called our property manager, to get extra supplies or resolve any matter, but never called and stayed the entire time at the property, because Hannah’s Place is wonderful and has no issues. Hannah’s Place is 30 yards away from beach access; you can see the ocean and hear the waves break on the shoreline. We hope you visit, with your pet."

We respectfully request that our guests, including yourself, adhere to our established house rules and treat the property with the same level of care and consideration as they would their own. -Regrettably, in this specific case, you brought your dog without paying the required pet fee. We also noticed some damage to the curtains. -We are conveniently situated just 30 yards from beach access, offering the opportunity to view the ocean and appreciate the tranquil sounds of waves along the shoreline. -The apartment boasts a delightful scent, thanks to our recent replacement of all carpets with beautiful new wood flooring, allowing the fresh salty beach air to envelop you. -For our guests' convenience, we provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, a spacious umbrella, a boogie board, a snorkel mask, and swim goggles to enhance your beach experience. Families particularly appreciate our well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances, as well as a private clothes washer and dryer. -Our shower is ample for single-person use, and we ensure that each new guest finds new toothpaste, deodorant, and other essentials. An "outdoor wash station" is conveniently available at the front of the property. -The mattresses provide a high level of comfort, and the remote controls seamlessly operate the flat-screen Smart TVs, offering complimentary access to Netflix and Sling. Additionally, guests can take advantage of the reserved charcoal and gas grills as well as the outdoor picnic area for their enjoyment. Hi Ricardo, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. Unlike a motel, Hannah's place offers beautiful views of Emerald Island Beaches and a perfect and reasonably-priced getaway for couples. The furniture, decor, and flat-screen in addition to high-speed internet make this place a comfortable, clean, and safe vacation destination, with the added benefit of having charcoal and gas grills accessible.
