«This was a great home. The common areas were spacious and the kitchen appeared well stocked. Some of the decor/finished were a little dated but the space itself was great. The outside area is amazing, there is a fire pit and a swing right on the water. Definitely would stay again.»

«Cabin is very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. You can appreciate that much love was put into making if a perfect gateway. Property is a short distance from the Ellison Bay marina and the village center. You have to bring your own towels and toiletries. Overall, great place to unwind.»

«Went to Sister Bay for Fall Festival. We LOVED this little house. It was perfect for our group. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The fireplace added a nice torch for chilly fall nights & the fire pit & grill were perfect for s’mores and steaks. The home was very clean and the beds were comfy. We would definitely stay again. «We loved this cute scandi cottage in walking distance to sister bay! Just enough space for the my husband and 2 teen boys and me. Michelle was very responsive and gave us some great dining and teen appropriate activities! I don't know if it was our late spring/early summer timing, but the area around the cabin smelled so incredibly floral and beautiful. The inside of the cabin was clean and beautiful as well. We hope to visit again!»

«My son and I had a wonderful stay at the end of October! Despite the rainy days, we found plenty of board games to keep us busy and then explored the area once the weather improved. This property was the absolute cleanest rental we have ever seen! We found everything we needed, and it made our stay so relaxing. «We stayed for three nights with our family over spring break and had the most relaxing time! The house had everything we needed and more! The hot tub was fabulous and the kids loved the basement games & TV. We enjoyed the nature around us and the privacy, yet close to downtown. Highly recommend this property!! «We had an amazing stay at Birch Haven. This was my parents first trip to Door County, so the location was perfect for us to easily explore different areas around Door County. The layout of the home is perfect for a young family so that children are at the other end of the house which made it easy for everyone else to get sleep in case there was an interruption during the night.
