«My husband and I had a great time!! It was paradise, the room is incredibly clean and easy to use. We loved the multiple pools and beach option during the day. The service at the Ritz is amazing. Also, the town of Key Biscayne is so fun to walk around. Tammy was very responsive and was able to give us an early check in, which we so appreciated!! We will be back!»

«The property is in a great location, very central and walking distance to everything. The apartment itself needed some maintenance, the bed covers smelled bad, and there weren’t bath sized towels provided. It was also be helpful for checkout instructions to be provided earlier on. I was notified to leave the door open after I checked out and I had already left the apartment. »
