«Vi ble møtt med hyggelige personell ved ankomst. Allerede ved resepsjonen fikk vi ett inntrykk av å komme til et eldre hotell. Inn i selve leiligheten var det enda verre. Man fikk en opplevelse av å bo på ett rom fra 60 tallet. Det var snuskete og veldig slitt. Komfyren gikk på gass, maling flasset av, ødelagte fliser og kjøleskapet var nasty og lite innbydende.
