«Selina was a great place to stay, as within 15 minutes driving (or less) from the property you can access amazing places to swim, eat tasty and affordable lunches and see monkeys. You can also easily hike to waterfalls. The pool at Selina is really nice. We were a bit worried when we arrived that it would be too loud/a lot of partying but they have a strict quiet policy at 11pm and our room (the family room) was very spacious and quiet. «Overall, I liked the property. There was just one thing that almost soured the experience, I was charged for the room when I checked in, and they pretended to charge me for the room again when I checked out. Since the bill wasn't that high, I could not have noticed it, but I did and produced a credit card stub to demonstrate I had already paid. That was enough, but it was an inconvenience nonetheless.»

«We ended up staying here for a total of almost 2 weeks. We would stay here and then check out to go do treks in the jungle, but then always return to this hotel. The property is beautiful, kept in perfect condition. Everything is very clean, there is always hot water. They have a free baggage storage service, that's nice. «We loved it here. Such an amazing place. It’s remote, but the signage was good and our driver found it. Probably best to get there during the day. We took a chocolate making class and went on the night walk in the jungle. It is an eco resort, so don’t expect hot showers, which is usually a deal breaker for me. But the place was so nice we were very happy we stayed here. »
