The reception, security and restaurant staff is very efficient. The housecleaning and maintenance staff was not so good. Firstly, we stayed for 4 nights, and was provided with a hand towel only on the 2 occasions that we specifically asked for them. My son's, who were in another room, had to twice request for bath towels to be provided. Secondly, there was a pane missing in our shower, which meant that water fell onto the bathroom floor. We reported this, and requested that if it could not be fixed, we should be provided with additional towels to wipe up the spills. Additional towels were only provided on the last day , after we complained again. Although people have complained in other reviews about the parking, the parking is fine. It is tight, but the security guard is great at guiding you in and out. They also have additional overflow parking. The stairs up to reception, which is another thing that people complain about is just one flight, and then they have a lift to take you to additional floors. The breakfast is not great, but is adequate for what you need, and the staff do try to accommodate specific requirements if you ask.
