It is unique hotel with generally good service and a great location by the sea. The «beach» area you will have a hard time find something similar to. We did however have quite a few experienced that you wouldn’t expect from a hotel in this price range: - had to have a technician in our room three times to fix the ventilation system because it at timrs sounded like a helicopter, because something was loose. The two first didn’t really care to much to figure out of it, but the third one coming after we had gone to bed fixed it. - then again in the morning after breakfast we couldn’t get back into our room, so again technicians had to come to change parts of our door for us to be able to get in. For these two technical issues we were given a free lunch. - the people working at the beach area was the one exception to good service. These guys mostly were hiding in the storage room with their phones, so many people had to wait 15 minutes to get towels and beds or fix it by themselves. Also too few people taking orders at this area. - the showers/changing rooms right inside of the door were extremely disgusting since no one kept them clean during the day. My girlfriend found excrements on the floor in the women’s changing room when going in there to shower.

Hotellet har fantastisk beliggenhet og kan anbefales på det varmeste. Vi var uheldige med rommet som skulle ha sjøutsikt og på det nye rommet vi fikk først dagen etter fungerte ikke kjøleskapet på minibaren og TV var heller ikke i orden. Slike ting skal være i orden på hotel med så mange stjerner. Ellers fantastisk.

The place to stay while visiting Dubrovnik without a doubt! Reserved on-site parking. Short walk to Old Town. Awesome private waterfront!!! Super customer service. Beautiful immaculately clean property with very friendly professional staff always ready to assist with a smile. I just can't say enough good things about this property, I will be back and can't wait to return next year!

Excellent location and superb views from our room. The room was perhaps closed during the winter period and had not been aired. Therefore had dust, my husband has severe dust allergy and really suffered the 3 nights. In addition the AC was not working so we had to be given a fan. For which the hotel kindly refunded one nights stay. This is a leading hotel and they need to ensure that rooms are functioning well and are clean, Dust free and that basics of cooling is working fine. We gave detailed feedback and they were receptive which was great.

What a luxurious hotel! Service was top notch the minute we arrived. The hotel offers free valet parking and is located just minutes of walking distance from the old town. You can have breakfast and dinner on the terrace overlooking the old town and walls. The view is breathtaking. The breakfast seletion exceeded my expectation.

I couldn't say enough nice things about this hotel. Great views, excellent location. I would and will stay here again. My favorite hotel of all 3 hotels that I stayed at in Croatia. Get a sea front room, you will not regret it. The very best views, service, food - everything was perfect!

Hotel Excelsior is an elegant hotel, incredibly well run, with a stunning view of the sea and old town. Extremely convenient and lovely amenities. The staff and hospitality is second to none. We were here in late March before tourist season had started, so there was some limitation on restaurants and amenities. Otherwise, it was amazing.

Eu tinha reservado nesse hotel, mas devido ao inverno acabei sendo deslocado pra outro hotel da rede, o Dubrovinik Palace e esse que eu acabei ficando era simplesmente maravilhoso, otimo hotel, muito cuidado e atenção com os hospedes e pra vc ir pro centro, tem onibus que sai da cidade velha e para quase dentro da recepção do hotel. Melhor impossivel.

Incredible!
We had the most incredible stay here while celebrating our honeymoon - we never wanted to leave! From the moment Marko met us at check-in, we felt so celebrated and well taken care of. We debated whether to stay directly in the old town, but this ended up being so much better. You get to look at the old town as your view and the walk over is so quick and beautiful. We’ll worth getting the patio to enjoy the views and listen to the waves. We cannot say enough great things about Hotel Excelsior and have already recommended it to friends. We hope to be back soon!

This hotel was fabulous. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Dubrovnik. The sea view was amazing. The location was perfect to walk to the old city, but have the sea frontage. I already want to go back! It made my visit to this city wonderful.

Great staff. Very accommodating. You have to ask for VIP benefits. They didn’t have an upgrade available at time of arrival but offered o e the next day. It wasn’t much of an upgrade so we did not take it. The breakfast was outstanding!

Excelente hotel en Duvrobnik
Gran Hotel con todas las comodidades, excelente restaurante, bar, spa, alberca y la atención excepcional. A solo 5 minutos andando del casco histórico. Tengo una nueva reserva ya que muy muy pronto regresaré y si vamos a regresar es porque nos encantó.
