Overall a nice hotel. Breakfast is good, location is central, friendly staff. Hotel gym opens at 8 so impossible to use on business travel, and the college gym they provide complimentary access to is so crowded you might as well skip it. Quite noisy while I visited due to both traffic but mainly construction work (not much they can do about the construction work).

Greit hotell, begynner å bli litt gammelt.
Familietur m 3 voksne på 3 mannsrom blir litt trangt. Ok hotell, greit plassert. Begynner å bli litt gammelt. Utsikt til bakgården på brannstasjonen m litt bråk. Ingen aircondition. Ikke kjøleskap. Knust porselen i vasken. God dusj. Gode senger. Resepsjon og bar holder grei standard. God engelsk frokost og fin service i frokostsalen. Har hatt bedre hotell, men ingen katastrofe.

Veldig fint og hyggelig hotell. Sentral beliggenhet og behjelpelig personale. Litt treige til å se deg i resepsjonen, men når de først gjorde det ytet de god service. God frokost.

Fint hotell i smørøyet
Fint hotell, godt plassert og kort avstand til det meste. Vi likte godt at det (i hvert fall tilsynelatende) var et hotell uten kjedetilknytning, og derfor mer genuint. Det som trekker ned er personalet bak resepsjonsdisken. Vi var tre i reisefølget som hadde samme negative opplevelse. De fikset det de skulle, men var ikke særlig hyggelige

Deilig seng!
Veldig hyggelige resepsjonister. De oppgraderte rommet fra superiour til deluxe ved innsjekk. Bare størrelse det gikk ut på. Veldig flott resepsjon. Rommet ganske bra mtp ellers standard i Dublin. Kunne bodd her igjen, for skal bare sove osv. på rommet. +senga var noe av det beste jeg har sovet i! +bra med stikkontakt og usb utgang ved nattbord. -Bestilte rom med utsikt, såg rett i en blokk, og ner på brannstasjonen som var mellom bygga. -Aircondition funket ikke som den skulle. Rommet ble veldig varmt på natta. -ventilen på badet var skrudd helt inn, og helt tett av støv, så den søg ikke ut damp ol. måtte selv skru den ut å rense den for støv. Funket bra etter det. -Brannstasjonen var rett utenfor vinduet, så var mye bråk/alarmer/PA-meldinger om jeg ville ha vinduet åpent. -Brannfolka drev med mye øving ol. på dag/kveld. Hadde de pluttselig nesten helt oppe utenfor vinduet med et svært lys.. -Kranene på dusj/badekar gikk nesten ikke å skru på.Bør være sterk i klypa, eller ha en rørtang tilgjengelig. -Toalett skyllte ikke ner flere ganger.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The room was spacious and tidy, and cleaned every day. The toilet however didn’t always flush. Some noise from the street, and being next door to a fire house, some sirens as well.

No parking available when I arrived at 4pm. Alternative car park took 25 minutes to get to because of Dublin traffic. Room was large but basin tap fell off and shower tap unscrewed. I could not get the heating to work. This was in the old part of the hotel which for the price I would avoid if I re-book. When I mentioned all this on checking out I was told the manager would come out to see me but after 5 minutes of waiting I gave up.

Our shower didn't work. No Kleenex despite asking for it. We were charged more than originally quoted. That said - the location is terrific. The hotel was quiet (except for the construction directly next door.) And the concierge desk was friendly.

The staff was wonderful. I was able to get a free to go cup of coffee in the morning. Downside thought - My key card stopped working twice in a 14 hour stay. The hotel wifi did not work.

Very central but rooms are a bit dark and tired. Shower temperature was wonky and it leaked. Overall disappointed as we paid more for this property than any on our vacation as a birthday treat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Trinity City Hotel. The hotel was brilliant and the staff all welcoming and helpful: nothing was too much trouble. Food and drinks in the restaurant and bar were fantastic and breakfast was second to none. We would plan another trip to Dublin just to visit the hotel again. Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. My shower had an issue that I report on the first day, and maintenance did not get there until the 3rd day when I was checking out. They actually didn't even work on the repair at all. I loved the location, and the lobby was pretty. The staff was overall good.

Hotel was close to Trinity College and lots of the historical sites were within 15-20 min walk. They staff was friendly and helpful.

Had the look and ambiance of a much more expensive hotel. All the staff were lovely. The continental breakfast was absolutely worth every euro. The airport express bus and tour bus stop is literally on the other side of the road . I would stay again.

We spent 2 days in Dublin, everything was close by we enjoyed our walks for shopping and dinner. The hotel is very nice. Rooms are good, shower pressure was wonderful; beds are comfy but pillows were hard. 4.5 stars for sure and I would stay again.

Be aware if you arrive for a late check in with a car they will tell you their valet is completely full. We then got sent to a car park in Temple Bar to park the vehicle which they said was 24 hours but was in fact closed. The staff was totally incompetent dealing the matter and the hotel is not near any other public car parks, we had to leave the car parked outside the hotel which should have been their first offer as there were other cars we noticed that had to do the same thing. They then told us we would be called in the room at 6:30am to move the car - to where exactly we have no idea because we left for an early flight. Totally incompetent and unhelpful front desk staff who seemed confused at even the thought of helping us unload our bags from the car and did not seem to understand how their own hotel worked. However room was clean and fine, but service was terrible.

I was pleasantly surprised with Trinity City hotel. The lobby is beautiful, it’s centrally located and directly across the street from the express bus to the airport and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room were rather spartan and not like the lobby but clean and comfortable enough. I would stay there again.
